Hotel's location and attentive, helpful staff are the key reasons why I always choose to stay there.

The hotel reception was actually quite friendly. Room is fairly spacious.

The room smelled stale. The windows were filthy. Never washed in years. The water requires you to on both water at shower and in sink to get warm. Takes 15 mins. Pillows were not comfortable at all. Car park not in shaded area. Under sun and rain.

The front office should at least 3 people for servicing cos the service is very slow and about 5 guests on the line waiting to be service..

The room smells bad and wall covered in mould. Terrifying experience and could not sleep well. Door lock is rusty and old.

Great view from the floor to ceiling windows. We were there NY Eve and got to see lots of fireworks right from our room! Nice large room, bed very comfortable,

Shower door couldn't close properly so water got out into the bathroom. We had to wipe the bathroom floor later so as to avoid slipping, or else we would jam the shower door in an almost closed position by wedging a towel under it

Location, easy access to eatery outlets around. Though this hotel has been around for many years, they always keep their service at pat with the rest. Always be my family best hide out!

Management should consider providing a complimentary parking for checking in guests. Though we are enjoying a flat rate of RM5 parking fee for each entry, it will be costly if we were drive in and out for numerous times a day.

Location was great, facilities are old but well maintained. Great for the value.

The bed was old, hence it was too soft in the middle section the bed. Was having backaches waking up. Checking in was a hassle due to the key card wasn't working. Had to go back and forth multiple times to reception and room.

Bathtub had blood stains, we had to change our room 3 times. Gave up on the third room and just took it. No lampshade, rooms smelled damp, no housekeepers around, wasn't any towels, no tea bags, chair was dirty room was dingy. Staff hardly smiled or was cheerful. Dinner was expensive and terrible. Breakfast wasn't great. Really wasted our money and we are very pissed off why didn't we get any refund. The standard has dropped and this is really worrying as once upon a time a few years back when I stayed in Grand Dorsett Subang it was amazing. Now it's shabby and runned down. Can't believe we didn't see a single housekeeper.

It was an unplanned booking. Arrived at midnight. No toothbrush,tooth paste & comb set provided. Hope can improve on that.

Customer service and the staff's hospitalality are top notch.
