The suite is comfortable with all the amenities. Have netflix, microwave, fridge, kitchenettes, wifi. Location is very strategic. On top of sunway pyramid mall and you can see sunway lagoon from below through your balcony. Its a recommended place to stay.

The shower head need to repair as the screw is already broken and it might fall down while people take shower.

1. There were some noises from unit above. The stomping and jumping sounds were so loud for hours for few days. 2. No mirror in the room. So it’s kind of inconvenient when I need to curl my hair, which I can’t do it the bathroom because there is no power point

Really loved my stay here. This place was a fraction of the price of the Sunway Pyramid Hotel but in my opinion better room, better views, bigger space, more privacy, etc. and didn't have the sound problems you have with hotel rooms. No breakfast but plenty of eating options in the mall.

Easy to communicate with the host. Instructions were very clear on how to get the keys and directions to the apartment. Fast reply whenever we have questions. The apartment/ room is comfy and a kitchenette helps for our late nite cravings The view is superb from the balcony and you can hear the music and fun from Sunway Lagoon

There's nothing not to like about the room.Everything is up to our expectations. And the room / apartment is comfy. However, the resort suites have to do something about their elevators. Only 1 elevator in service on the 1st day we arrive. And probably the water pressure for the shower. A bit slow and takes longer time to fill the tub if you plan on taking a bath.

The water heater was not hot enough after 11pm. Maybe there is an automatic timing system for that.

The unit lacks proper maintenance. Air-conditioning is not working fine,hair dryer is almost unusable, quality of mattress is bad
