الفطور متنوع عربي وأسيوي ويلبي جميع جميع الجنسيات أما الاقامه بصراحه شي غير متوقع من موقع الفندق الان فيه جميع الخدمات تخدم الزوار ألعاب المائية ومطاعم ومولات وغيره أما الفندق موضوع فاخر من الاخر بصراحه طاقم الفندق فيهم شي جميل (وهيا الابتسامه الرائعه) ومتعاونين الفندق نظيف بمعنا الكلمة والاستقبال متعاويين جدا أما الغرفة أخذتها مطله على الحديقة المائية وهذا عجبني جدا وخدمة الغرفة بصراحه فيهم اهتمام الانهم ينظفون الغرفه بشكل يومي فا إن شاء الله سوف اعيد الزياره بهذ الفندق مره أخر

The gym for Sunway pyramid hotel is located in another hotel (Sunway Lagoon hotel) which is a distance to walk And there is no pool at the hotel

the best room ever! very spacious room and bathroom. we booked a family room with a bunk bed. excellent buffet breakfast-located at sunway resort hotel.

im sure i left my white dress inside the room in the wardrobe. i called the housekeeping next day and he said there wasnt reported lost and found from our room. he promised to call me if they found anything but he didnt. im still upset. should be more thoughtful on returning others property.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well connected to mall, theme park and eateries.

The NOT FRIENDLY and not helpful staffs. We didn't get 1 of our room key on time. The staff promised to deliver the key to our room but never (1st time). 2nd time, I queued for 45mins (queue at 3pm)at the reception and was told the room is not ready AGAIN. AFTER 45MINS OF QUEUE! and again, I was promised that they would contact me once the room is ready and not surprised that no one contact me despite having the WhatsApp customer connect service. The queue at the reception was horrible. There were easily 20 guests vs ONLY 2 working staffs during the peak period( do see the photo). When I approached one of the staff about this. I got this respond " ohhh...now a days hard to get worker lar mem". Then I asked further if they are going to open up more counter given the queue + (the not staffs ). The staff that I spoke to replied to me, " yah lar madam, I am also not happy working here." What a joke?! The customer service from this hotel is rubbish.

Breakfast is good with variety of foods. Location is perfect for leisure.

Parking was difficult as it was full. I have to go round and round.

Excllent location and very accommodating staff

The dark colour soap and shampoo gel bottles make it difficult to see if bottles are empty. Housekeeping tends to not check and on a couple of occasions had to ask to refill them. The electric kettle power cord is ridiculously short and very inconvenient.

No swimming pool in the hotel. It must be clearly mentioned in the website in order to not confuse guests. Both breakfast location and swiming pool were not available in the hotel. We were obliged to make almost 20 to 30 min trip through mall and building to reach another pool in sunway lagoon hotel. When we complain about this point, the manager did not take the complain seriously and he did not care at all. Moreover, the carpet smell is really bad and the hotel needs definitely renovation. Finally, they clean our rooms only when i call the reception even though i have hang up a make up room stickers on my door. I regret staying in this hotel and i will not make an an option in my third visit to malaysia.

Chose this hotel because it claimed to have a private bathtub. Disappointed because the room did not have a bathtub as stated. Should have read the reviews before booking.

Location is good, link all the way to mall, no need to worry about weather.
