Very convenient from the theme park to food .location super
Pls do install more channels as it only shows Malaysia channels as alot are from overseas . Especially from SG like my family . Will really be a plus point.

As a customer of the resort you are not entitled for a free parking. Think this is really a negative point for Sunway itself.

The location is the best.
When i enter the room, the toile lt was not flush still got urine inside. The shower water is not hot at all. The aircon is not cold. The cupboard also damage.

It's so close to a lot eateries, mall, convenient shop and to Sunway Lagoon.
Need to do a deposit during check in.

The pictures on the Internet were misleading with basement access and a privately run apartment with very mediocre service provided. Room not cleaned timeously or regularly and facilities lacking. No regular hot water. Paid for 2 weeks in advance without recourse to refund.
Very disappointing . Will not use booking.com also

Located right at Sunway Pyramid mall gain a lot of easy access.
cleanliness and facilities, even the lobby look dodgy for a place like Sunway.

We booking for 01.05.2022 - 04.05.2022 (2 family suite, 1 junior suite with view and 1 deluxe king) but on 30.04.2022 at 8.41pm we received a message from Raintree staff inform that Junior suite room have air-cond problem and ask us either cancell junior suite or change to deluxe king but is without extra bed because resort totally fully booking. We booking family suite for family but at the end get deluxe king then my children has to sleep at a single sofa. It really uncomfortable but resort can't help at all. I really don't like they last minute inform us and didn't solved the problem. The different of the room rate at first they still said no much different wont do refund. BUT after insisting they do a refund they did. This is a first time i face this.
