Apartment was in a great location near the Pavilion shopping centre. Kitchen was very clean with a washing machine. Breakfast had a good range of options.

The hotel was in a fairly good location near Pavilion Shopping Centre and Jalan Alor. Room was also spacious enough for a family travelling together.

The car park is extremely cramped, so need to be cautious while driving in it to avoid scrapping against the wall.

Check in was swift and easy! Very good location, with nice eateries & malls within walking distance.

A little dusty on tables but bed was clean.

المرافق تحتاج إلى صيانة و التأكد منها قبل تسليمها للنزلاء. (كان يوجد تسريب بالحمام) يحتاج الفندق الى وجود بعض القوانين الصارمة للسيطرة على بعض النزلاء المزعجين. اللوبي يحتاج الى توسعة و تجميل و إضافة بعض الخدمات الترفيهية (كافية صغير)

Love that the rooms and the hotel was refurbished. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast served was pretty decent with good variety of food. The chefs attending at Checkers was attentive and ensured food served was hot

It was a decent stay... no major complains. Except the parking could be better lit

The view from our room, the swimming pool, the breakfast, the location in the city centre esp in close proximity to the Pavillion. The room was very modern looking with great WiFi. We had the connecting room which was useful due to having young kids so our premier room was large and spacious with a sofa and living area with a desk for me to work on

No bathtub but not that much of an issue

Central to major shops, less than 10 mins walk to Time Square shopping centre and less for that to Pavillion Centre. Still central and major tours will do hotel pick ups from out the front. Our room had a balcony too. Our room at the Dorsett Residences had a washer/dryer, which is very handy. Very spacious room.

I was a comfortable hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

This hotel is just a little old and needs a facelift. Nothing was bad it was just a little old. The caulking in the shower had mildew. The paint was a little dingy. The towels were a bit worn. Furniture in the rooms a little used. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star. DESPITE this I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay there again with different expectations
