Rooms is spacious and clean and the location is near to many restaurants that gives travellers more dining options which is good.

Experience a little of a hiccup during check up as front line desk was unable to find my check in information and deposit slip using credit card was also missing. Movies selection is rather limited too.

Very horrible breakfast, I never seen this type of breakfast before. Better not to provide breakfast. Atleast the management think about the value of breakfast.

There is no sufficient staff, no one answer the call and long waiting time in the reception due to only one person handling check in and check out.

I was disappointed with their manner of handling our request for a discount We occupied six rooms for six days without any discount They kept deceiving us that they are looking into it but at last nothing was done

Room TV not working. Hotel breakfast is basic with limited food options. The pool table inside Games Room is missing some balls and cues are not playable.

Easy access to the mall (walking distance) and Majapahit restaurant. Location 10/10..

The only thing that i dont like about this place is that the carpet smells like feet. From living room to the bedroom 1 ( no balcony).

The paid parking. Confusing parking fee collecting when exit. 2 young (male) trainees at the front desk when I checked in and bought bfast tickets were absolutely not ready for the job. They should be delegated to back of house duties. Nonetheless 2 female indian ladies at front desk saved the day.
