The check-in and check-out process was very smooth! The concierge was accommodating. The free shuttle was great! The room service did a good job! Excellent breakfast! Way above my expectations.

The setup for the toilet was below my expectations! THe bidet toilet set up was below my expectations of the hotel. The rest of Taiwan's areas are of much higher quality. I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant's (Bara on Six) customer service. We were there at a time that there were not that many customers. We asked for a window seat, and we were told there was a minimum order of 500 RMB! For two? We ended up eating there, but in the future, we will use the room service and enjoy the Tower view from our room!

Great value hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are huge with a fantastic view (tower view room). Breakfast selection was outstanding and staff were all friendly and helpful.

Just a personal preference but the size of the hotel and the lobby being on a separate floor made it quite impersonal, and the breakfast room was very loud and chaotic (although to be expected in a hotel of this size and the quality of the food made up for this!). Although of a good standard (and good value for the price) I wouldn’t say this was a five star hotel. Rooms are a little dated and it lacks the facilities and finishing touches of a true five star ie. no hairdryer in the room, tv didn’t always work and no turndown service etc.

This was my first time in Kuala Lumpur & there is no doubt in saying that I thoroughly enjoyed the city because of the experience provided at/by Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is the best part with views to The Petronas Tower, easy accessibility to the neighbourhood & the Hotel staff that are there at every step to make your stay a comfortable one. Breakfast was legendary!

The pool area didn't serve cocktails until 5pm and 0 food service. I would have loved for the Pool/Skybar area to have Cocktails & Food as the pool opens. I had planned a lounge day at the pool but I was told, no food or cocktails but I could order only Wine or Beer after 1pm. With no food service, I had rush to the room around 4pm to get a quick room service. Would loved to have had lunch by the pool.

Ideal location, connected to the KLCC through some buildings allowing sheltered walk if raining or too hot outside.

Would have liked a room facing twin towers. Apparently not available. Receptionist did not give me a sense of welcoming.

We were staying in the traders club hotel room ( 28th-31st level) had an awesome view from our room.. especially we had a renovated room

We were expecting more an infinity pool but the pool was more an indoor pool.

Personal sumamente amable, hotel muy bien situado. Merece la pena coger la habitación con vistas a las torres Petronas. Muebles clásicos pero bien conservados. Buen desayuno. El detalle del coche eléctrico que te acerca al centro comercial es otro plus.

Очень вкусные завтраки, шикарный вид из номера отеля на башни Петронас и парк. Персонал - идеальный и отзывчивый, общаются по WhatsApp (при наличии такого разрешения со стороны гостя), можно просить почти что угодно, все сделают Staff is amazing!!! Breakfast was a top!

Был грязноватый пол при заселении, но потом убрались быстро. Но вроде даже помыли. Был ремонт днем, на верхнем этаже шумели.

The view was awesome

Honeymoon decorations they gave me few rose petals on the small bedside table. And told me thats their standard. Like literally few pieces of petals just randomly thrown on the table

The swimming pool too small

Beds are super comfy! Rooms are equipped with a perfectly working aircon system, which I believe is super important after the comfort of your bed.

眺望！遠すぎても近すぎてもいけない、まさにツインタワーが見えるホテルのベスト・オブ・ザ・ベスト。サービスも清掃スタッフも感じがよい

レセプションが頼りないかな？一件一件手間取って(いる風に見え)て、待ってる客としてはストレス感じる。アメニティに洗体タオル的な物はありません。

The location and the staff were helpful

The rooms were dirty and full with dust the furniture, curtains and carpets were dirty

The location was the main factor. The hotel provided a buggy to Suria KLCC if you are not in the mood to walk. The view of the Petronas towers from the room looks majestic at night. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is quite elaborate. The pool has a great view.

The breakfast area has no view to outside. For a hotel that is close to Petronas Towers, the hotel should take this advantage.

Disorganised front desk. Arrangements we made before hand regarding an extra bed were not done when we arrived which was very late at night with 2 children. It still took over 45 minutes to check in and get a bed and towels sorted which after a long haul flight was frustrating especially as we deliberately made prior to check in. Check out was also extremely disorganised with a 20 minute delay and a huge queue.
