200 THB - Breakfast is good. / kind hotel staff / many residences around. not entertainment area

1. sound insulation problem / 2. Sewer smell - it is a big problem, all of Pattaya city. / 3. Hotel security and management issues / OUT OF CONTROL / Many Indians and Chinese in the hotel restaurant without consideration for other guests, for example, Some of them spoke and phoned in a loud voice and watched clips using speakerphone and behaved rudely, Smoking secretly at night in a public hallway, At 2:00 AM, some guests laughed and chatted in the common hallway etc. / 4. GYM equipment repair and management - Lake of fixing pins for exercise equipment(not supplemented throughout 3years), one of two running machines is out of order(Danger without breakdown information), Danger because of the bicycle-handlebars are not fixed etc.

The room was big and somewhat of a reasonable price.

For starters the front staff the lady manager, and the guy at the front desk, for the whole 3 weeks I stayed there never looked at me, smiled or greeted me. This made the energy very bad. I don't know why they do that but it is not good and definitely made the energy of the place negative. After 3 weeks, I was so ready to leave and move on, just to get in a more positive environment. Also, their was one cleaning lady that would scream sa-was-dee-kha when entering to clean. It was a long drown out greeting and very very annoying. Also, I noticed they mop the floors with toilet water which is not hygienic. I told her to please use water from the sink, but they didn't listen.

Nice room in a quiet location, not far from the action. Breakfast was excellent 👍

The property is kept clean overall. Even the balcony was clean. Looks like the pictures.......no bait and switch.

There is a bit of ant ant problem. Need the exterminator more. The gym equipment needs maintenance bad. The treadmill doesn't run smooth a bit of a hazard. Beds a bit hard

it was in a good location and the rooms were clean. breakfast was good.

they did not provide toothbrush, toothpaste and the shampoo and body wash bottles were tiny.

Location is okay for us we have stayed here on several occasions previously. Nice clean towels, bedding is changed regularly.

Since our last stay the apartments have become very grubby & tired when we first stayed several years ago it was very clean & bright. Everywhere is grubby in the bathroom tiling, showers, sinks, surfaces nothing is clean the louvre doors are filled with dust & dirt, sliding doors to the bathroom are filthy, the shower did not work properly heads need replacing they are dirty, sink plugs did not stay in, toilet gets blocked. They have not been upgraded, refreshed or painted for years, leather sofas are splitting & not looked after, floors are not cleaned properly. They need some serious housekeeping with more attention to detail.
