Everything was perfect. Our room was large, luxurious with really good taste. Staffs are welcoming and kind, massage was relaxing, food was good. I can say it was my best hotel ever.

The property had a nice view of the jungle and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The restaurant and the bar were quite nice with good choices. The breakfast was also reasonably good.

You really need to climb up and down the stairs to reach your room. There is a lift to take you to the spa / pool, however you need to climb down at least a 120 steps to reach the lift. A little more facilities for the kids would have been great. Despite a good location of the hotel for the view, its at least a 30 minutes drive farther away from Ubud. There are much better options to stay at Ubud.

One of the best holidays I ve ever had! The staff was absolutely exceptional! One of the nicest and friendliest people ever! I originally booked a regular room but we have received a free upgrade and got Royal Suit with the most beautiful jungle view! The resort is nothing I ve ever seen before! Loved this place so much!

Loved the breakfast place, the pool, yoga classes, everything really!

Staff are very warm and try to go out of their way to help. The food tasted very good and the quantity and presentation very good. I liked the location and the landscape.

There is a technical flaw in the resort. I stayed in room #62 I can comment about that room. 1. No hand spray in the toilet, neither mug was given. 2. The AC is one side of the room, it doesn't cover the entire room and the other side if the bed. 3. The toilet exhaust is wrongly connected, and all the smell comes to the bedroom. 4. The room are not lit up properly, giving a depressing feeling. 5 There are more than 130 stairs to reach our room it's very tiring and I would not recommend the old kids to try this resort. 6. The SPA is super expensive and not a value for money. 7. The power socket are in the back side of bed side table which are very heavy to move. 8. The size of the bath area more than required. 9. One mirror is in the bathroom area, so it can only be accessible if the bathroom door not locked. 10. There is one table kept to keep the luggage which is also inside the bathroom area, makes very uncomfortable to use it. There are many better options available nearby ,so I won't visit again. Given the same feedback to the resort staff as well.

We spent one night in sunrise room, omg! When we open the curtain in the early morning, the view was fabulous! The second night we change to garden villa! Fantastic Morden room with huge bathroom and beautiful bath garden! Lovely days there! The best thing is the service and stuff! We love them a lot! And they arrange the sunset yoga for us, omg! no words can express how amazing was it! everything is perfect!

The property was stunning! we had a view from our balcony of the jungle & loved watching the misty clouds float over. the staff were absolutely beautiful & friendly. we enjoyed the welcome drink & cold towel on arrival, and the special touches to the room to welcome us on our honeymoon

it was verrrrry far out of Ubud, which was a shame. there was a shuttle that takes you in at 10am or 2pm and picks you up at 3pm. if you came in at 2pm, you would need to get a taxi/go jek back which was around $14. the trip in/out of Ubud centre took anywhere from 40-60 minutes generally which is a huge chunk of your day. despite the beautiful views & lovely staff, had we of understood how far out we would be, we probably would of chosen accomodation closer to the town centre. there is lots of stairs which is previously mentioned in other reviews, not a big deal for us but you really can’t avoid the stairs at all, even though they have a cable car to take you up and down part of the hill- the views made it worth it in our opinion but it may not be ideal for young children or elderly/injured people

Rooms were lovely. Enjoy the welcome drink. Facilities were nice. Loved how staff set up your mosquito net every night. The daily fruit and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely come back again.

Restaurant was very expensive and very little food.

Check in went smoothly. Cute welcome drink. Info shared by staff was nice and sufficient. Bedroom was the one expected as per booking. Quite big and clean. Dinner was very good quality and very tasty (might be overpriced...) Breakfast choice was very nice....even tho small "fire" under the dishes.....we found the food a bit cold. The swimming pool is beautiful....if you can reach it !

THE STAIRS....absolutely not appropriate for people with knees or ankles problems. The access to the swimming pool (and some villas) is terrible. Not the fault of the hotel, as it is built on a hill but your description should inform people about that. It's better too much info than not enough. The cracks on the walls of the bedroom should be either repaired or at least hidden....this is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.

Nothing. My way back to Ubud was my best moment during my stay.

The staff management is absolutely frightful! I asked my taxi driver about the hotel after my check out, as a good Balinese he prefered to say nothing about It, but his eyes said everything!
