Pool, Frühstück, Strandabschnitt: sehr geeignet für Kinder, freundliches Personal

Zimmer etwas veraltet und Badezimmer dadurch einige Ablagerungen. Möbel teilweise recht abgenutzt. In den anderen Hotels auf Bali hatten wir Trinkwasserspender auf den Zimmern, das wäre hier auch schön gewesen.

Relaxed feel. Our room was large and well appointed. Restaurants within walking distance.

The WiFi around the pool was poor. It was better in the room but still would drop out regularly.

The lighting in the room was very poor People reserving pool chairs with towels and not coming for hours is very very annoying

There was nothing that we didn't like! It was so great for our young family with a 3 year old and 5 year old from Australia

The pool and the size of the room were amazing for families. My kids also enjoyed the kids club and buffet. Location is so good with restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, shops around. Would like to say a special thank you to Tika and Chip at Kids Club for taking care of our kids and making them feel safe. Special thank you to Nyoman and Anggu at the Square restaurant for being so attentive to us.

The bathroom was poorly designed— specifically the shower area. Water goes everywhere. But housekeeping gives extra towels to cover that and the floor dries over time.

The 3 bedroom villa was very big, bigger than we thought, it was neat and nice as well. Breakfast was good, just not as good as the Novotel in Ngurah Rai.

Spread out and vast property. Lovely vibe in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

fantastic facilities! the pool was amazing and it was very close to the bar and restaurant with pool side service. the staff were amazing. they went above and beyond to cater to our needs and we would definitely stay again!

the rooms could do with an upgrade and even though the bed was so spacious, it was a little on the hard side.

The cost of laundry was absolutely insane! The room servicing was poor - some days they came some they didn’t or would do just one room. We had to ask for things like toilet paper. The kids club was old , had very minimal amount of toys, most of the activities that were listed for the day were not done - my children didn’t enjoy it.

The facilities were outdated not the five star i expected. The coffee provided in the room was terrible. The food was expensive for a family. The aircon sound in the room was very loud.
