Tesis gerçekten güzel. Kahvaltısı oldukça zengin ve lezzetli idi. İki tane yüzme havuzu var, biri normal diğeri deniz suyu ile doldurulmuş. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Plajı temiz kumsal. Denizin sıcaklığı Antalya'nın denizi gibi. Plajın ilerisindeki resifler dalgaları kırdığı için dalgasız, temiz, yüzülebilir bir denizi var.

I was there for three nights with my girlfriend. We stayed in a Pool Suite. The resort looks astonishing, the beach is one of the best I have been to around the world. Butler service has been exceptional, they were friendly, available, on time and personalised the service. The decor is amazing, jaw-dropping inside the room and outside of the resort. Restaurants are among the best in Bali, and it is very nice to have an authentic Balinese restaurant within the resort (Dulang). Kayuputi also had great food and service. The breakfast at Boneka is also great - the premium items on the menu are a very nice addition to the buffet. Spa massages and gym are also great and worth checking out (though massages can be a bit pricey). Suites and villas are separate, but the separation is hardly noticeable and you get the same feeling of privacy with a pool suite.

Reception replies were sometimes brief (would not necessarily call them 'curt', but worth mentioning): on arrival, we were offered a room to leave our luggage in after checking out, but we declined. The following day, when asking about the possibility of this (under a different receptionist), the reply was that we should wait until the departure date for potential availability, after which he said nothing else. When I tried explaining that this had been offered a day prior, he simply repeated the same explanation, after which we thanked him and left. We also asked about potentially using the spa (which we had both been clients of a day prior for massages) to have a shower before the 18:45 departure on Saturday, and the reply from the receptionist (a different one this time) was 'If there are no guests', which did not seem up to St Regis standards of professionalism. The partnering drivers they have for day-trips could be slightly better. There was a massive event for the celebration of 15 years of St. Regis Bali, which Marriott executives attended. Would have been nice to get a symbolic celebratory item and to be made aware of this event, rather it was made to seem like an inaccessible event from which hotel guests are excluded.

Privacy - excellent service - cleanliness - beach-

Sunbeds on the Beach - although comfortable - are not functional to move around and lie flat to sunbathe. Suites - although spacious and very well kept- show the signs of time; they could be refurbished, starting from the bathroom

Popular resort... Far from it been worth the money

Staff were great throughout the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff were excellent with our young family.

The service and specially the concierge

Its a bit far from the nightlife and there is nothing to do at night within the area

everything is exceptional from the moment you enter the resort. master piece in every way.

Spent our honeymoon here. We had a room in the main building. It was excellent as it was close to all the resort's main facilities - restaurants, bar, pool etc. Had breakfast, dinner and also their Sunday buffet - all were just world class. The highlight of our stay was definitely the service which was just amazing. They really know how to make you feel special. Easily the best place we have stayed. Will be returning for sure.

All staff I encountered were great, you felt like they were happy to look after you and they tried to go above and beyond. The lady who checked me in and out was okay, but I didn’t feel her passion and warmth in comparison to other staff I encountered.
