It takes ages to get your key deposit back, they wont answer emails regarding the return of deposit.

ロットネスト欠航で急遽1日早く泊まることになったのですが、オーナーが対応してくれました。
このホテルは20世紀にも泊まったことがあります。その時からは大部町並みが変化していました。
スワン河畔を散歩してエリザベスキーまで歩いて行くことができます。
となりには朝食と昼食をやっている店があり、手軽な食事が可能。
バス通りでは無いので車利用が前提と考えで下さい。
中心市街地には坂を上っていく必要がありますが、スワン河畔の景色を楽しみたいならここは良い選択だと思います。

We only had one blanket each and the temperature went down to 3° the heater was so noisy we couldn't sleep
The room was not serviced once in 3 days except to take our towels and not replace them although there is a notice in the kitchen that States it is done daily. When trying to contact the after hours number there was no return call and no call to follow up since

The location was great, close to the city and on the river.
From time of booking, this has been the most difficult and disappointing hotel stay we have ever experienced. Booking process was a confusing nightmare; I've booked several places previously for my husband who sometimes travels for work and never had an issue until now. I appreciate the hotel's duty to check that there is no credit card fraud taking place but it was a bit over the top. On the day of check-in, rather than directly contacting the guest, whose information was provided twice, I received multiple messages asking when the guest would arrive.
According to their own website, "City Waters Motel offers modern studio apartments, all with fully equipped kitchens and a flat-screen TV. Featuring free, limited, on-site parking and free WiFi... " The advertised tv was absolutely useless and the man at the front desk stated that the WiFi wasn't good enough for streaming, so the tv is pretty much just for show and the WiFi can only be used on personal devices for basic internet.
The beds were not at all comfortable, and to end the stay, the "fully equipped" kitchen had coffee and sugar but no milk. In the future, I'd save my money and sleep on a park bench in the CBD and use the free Perth City wifi.

The location was convenient, there was free parking, there was a kitchenette and the bed was very comfortable.
TV wasn't a smart TV, there was a car parked directly outside our door, we had to wash our own dishes or pay a cleaning fee of $40/he for cleaners to wash them.

They charged my credit card claiming damage that never happened, saying an email was sent with pictures which was never received. Have been evasive and difficult to get hold of, rarely answer the phone am currently having to go through my bank to dispute charge

Room smelt. Kitchen floor disgusting. Bed hard. Light from buildings outside shone through blinds. Can hear people in rooms beside and above using the bathroom. Charged a $200 deposit and had to wait a week to get refund
