The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the b&b was very clean and well presented with everything you needed for a pleasant stay and the breakfast was lovely.

Good breakfast choice, hot or cold food was on offer. Location was perfect for us, walking distance to all the amenities, even the bus station to get you out of town! Our room was large and comfortable. Only downside the internet was a little slow.

We had a very warm welcome and a cuppa, a lovely quiet comfortable room. It's on a nice street very close to everything needed.The breakfast was excellent, great choice. Run by a lovely friendly couple

The only thing that would have been good was to have a little fridge in the room but not the end of the world.

Nothing was too much trouble. Super comfy bed. Room was bigger than we expected and was beautifully decorated. Great shower. Great breakfast too! We look forward to the next time .

Lovely welcome on arrival from the owners had a lovely cup of tea and a chat after our journey. The location is great a 5min walk for the beach and town in either direction. The room was lovely and clean with everything we required. No noise from outside so was peaceful. Breakfast was lovely.

Hosts were very friendly, rooms are well laid out, a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, settee and en-suite with nice touches like cotton buds and cotton wool in the bathroom. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. They are always available and make you feel at home. We had a great weekend and would definitely like to stay again.

Our room was excellent spacious and comfy.Our breakfast was cooked and served with a smile.The location was open to an extensive lawned area and central but not busy.Sandie and Tony were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home,much appreciated.

The prom was in the thro's reconstruction.

If we could change anything we would of gone for a room at the back but then again we would have lost the view so nothing

The guest house in a perfect location,5 min walk to town centre and 3 min to sea front.The breakfast was excellent,with a wide choice from cereal to full english.The guest house was spotless and theowners were very welcoming.Highly recommend staying there.
