Good breakfast, perfect location. We had a quiet family room and was able to get a good night's sleep.

The hot water ran out quickly every morning for the length of our entire stay. The receptionist said they would get it looked at.

The view was lovely& so we’re the staff. Bed was very comfortable.

We were not told before hand that the pool was shut due to maintenance before hand. Was quite annoyed about this.

Food and spa facilities were excellent

The price of the room was quite steep if I'm honest as it wasn't much bigger than a standard room in a hotel,on the Saturday night the staff were very slow at serving our food and very slow at clearing tables in the breakfast room the next morning

Food was very good at the hotel.

The hot tub was not hot but cold. With the price paid was expecting bath robes and slippers provided.

Location is very good and food exceeded expectations.

Room was of a poor standard, black mould and tiles coming away in the bathroom, fixturesand fittings rusty, stains on the carpet and the TV only worked occasionally due to poor reception. No housekeeping during stay and was advised of good spa availability, but appon arrival, there was little to none.

Jacuzzi barely lukewarm and jets not powerful at all Our suite- the lock was broken on the main door, security risk Carpet needed replacing in parts

The place is very tired and needs a thorough face-lift. The staff were pleasant but little enthusiasm or friendliness. Food was good but no ambience and again the decor is very dated. Overall its expensive for what you get so poor value for money which is a shame because it has great potential

Excellent location. Breakfast is great and a good spa, lovely swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Very relaxing after a hike up Pen Y Fan.

The room was very poor quality. Bathroom was the biggest disappointment. Shower was just attached to the bath and didn't reach your head when stood up. Also there was a leak in the shower meaning little cold water came out so had to be careful with hot water or risked been burnt! Bed was very old... Rickety is the best description. Any slight movement woke you up. Also window to the bedroom did not shut properly. Evening meal was a tad disappointing for the money. Monkfish was £24, it came out very dry and little sauce. Very underwhelming.

The food in both the bar and restaurant was well presented , great choice , tasty and very personably delivered. The swim pool was excellent a good size to complete lengths and a lane in place for more serious swimming.

Amazing spa and leisure facilities. We had a wonderful massage and used the pool etc daily. Resteraunt food tasty and varied. Slow service first night but the rest of the time we couldn't fault it. Lovely reception staff who couldn't do enough to help. Dressing gowns and slippers in the room was a lovely touch.

No house keeping done during out stay, would of been nice to have had the bins etc emptied and the tea and coffee and toilet roll topped up. Easily rectified, we asked the lovely ladies at reception and they gave us what we needed, but it would of been nice not to have to do this.
