Loved everything about this property. It is well equipped for everything needed for a comfortable break. Nice area with good transport links and also within walking distance of Princes St. The staff were very accommodating with a couple of requests which was much appreciated.

Car parking on site (£15 per night). Secure entrance to building (locked and someone on site 7 days a week). Lift to each floor. Heating easy to adjust. TV in living and both bedrooms easy to use. Wifi stable. Kitchen well stocked (all equipment and utensils as needed). Complementary teas, coffees, jams and sauces. Shower easy to use. Complementary shower gels, shampoo and soaps. Slip mat and grab rails in bath. Beds comfortable. Tesco within couple minute walk (open late). Orchard Bar nice pub and food. Property within 20 minute walk of Princes Street (up bank to Princes Street and down bank from it). Bus stop outside property.

access to the parking is tricky for the first time . But that will be true if you enter any new city . That is however offset by the excellent central location of the property

Close to amenities, 24 hr garage and Tesco. Close to Bus Stop. Private off street parking. Comfortable and close enough to city centre. Great food and welcome at OConnors very short stroll up the road.

The property was spotlessly clean and everything was catered for. The location was excellent with just a 20min walk to the centre and a bus stop right out the front if needed. Restaurants and shops all on the door step too!

The shower head was leaking slightly meaning the shower wasn’t that powerful and the boiler was a little noisy at night time but this didn’t stop us from enjoying the accommodation and shouldn’t put anybody off!

The appartment is very nice. Warm, clean, cosy, spacious, good beds. 20 mins walking from the center

The check in was painful. We arrived late and didn't receive the email with the access codes. The phone was dead, had to hang around for an hour before calling the staff. The details were provided straight away on the phone though.

Not being a fan of Scottish breakfast, having a kitchen to prepare breakfast in was great. A separate living from the bedroom was great too. This location is about a block away from a Tesco

The shower was woefully underpressered and the toilet was rather finicky to flush.
