Room didn't get fresh towels one day, said we had do not disturb sign up, but thus wasn't the case.

I loved having the freedom with cooking facilities. Loved breakfast too, casual and attentive staff very welcoming.

Couldn’t fault anything at all. I asked for a room on the first floor, due to my dislike of elevators and the staff were happy to oblige.

The only SLIGHT problem was, we like to walk into town and the hotel is a good 10/15 minute walk. Not really a problem unless the weather is bad.

Location was excellent, facilities were spotless and very comfortable, staff were the highlight of the trip - couldn’t speak more highly of them, they are the greatest asset of this hotel, would highly recommend

Le fait d'avoir une sorte d'appartement est très sympatique, notre fils a dormi sur le canapé lit dans la première pièce et nous avions donc une chambre rien qu'à nous. Le fait de pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre malgré la climatisation est un plus pour nous qui n'aimons pas la clim mais plutôt ouvrir la fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet. On a également pu laisser notre valise un peu plus longtemps à la réception le jour du check out.

On entend bien ce qui se passe dans le couloir, la porte est pas très insonorisée. Heureusement notre fils a un sommeil profond et nous avions une 2e porte et donc n'entendions pas ces bruits. Ce n'est donc un problème que pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon/salle-à manger. Notre lit double faisait un peu cuvette. Il faisait très frais dans l'appartement, on imagine que le chauffage ne fonctionnait que quand la carte clé était dans le support pour utiliser la lumière. Ce n'était pas trop un soucis pour nous qui dormons mieux dans une pièce fraîche et nous n'y étions que pour dormir. Mais peu s'avérer embêtant si on souhaite utiliser l'appartement pour manger, cuisiner, et y passer du temps.

Well located for the Beatles and other museums, Albert dock and the arena. Lovely studios with more room and a kitchenette for comfortable stay.

Only the bed was a little firm for us but that’s all personal preference

Charged us the full amount despite my sister having a tragic accident in the previous evening and ended up in ITU.. no leaway, meeting us halfway or any offers to extend booking till she's better. I.e. Next year....we Choose this accommodation as I stayed previously. More expensive than surrounding hotels, but they had impressed us in the summer . Then, to cap it all , they've overcharged us an extra £135.. All in all, appalling customer service from the Staybridge adding a lot more anxiety to an already very stressful situation, I'm afraid..

Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable and lots of thoughtful extras. Social hours on both nights were an added bonus. Delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Everything was excellent

Everything! From the location by the Mersey to the fabulous room, you have thought of everything. I traveled for work, there was a social hour on two of the midweek evenings which was great. Complimentary drink and food for an hour a great idea especially if you’re travelling alone, shop at reception for anything you might need without having to leave the hotel. Classy rooms with good facilities and fab staff…..what’s not to love?

We stayed for our 21st anniversary, which I must have mentioned during the booking ... when we got into our room, there was a card and some chocolate for us, which was such a lovely touch. We were really happy with the suite (lovely view of the wheel too) and the facilities and felt that it was somewhere we could have comfortably had an extended stay. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all lovely ... as was the breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and seemed to genuinely want to talk to us - you can't beat Scouse hospitality (go Team Scouse!!).

Can't do enough. 2 The hotel is proud of its location and sense of identity. 3 Very Clean. 4 Well laid out and good signage. 5. Room felt a generous size. 6. Good quality of soft furnishings and decor both in room and communal areas. 7. Comfy bed. 8. Plenty of towels and toiletries. 9. Clean, well-stocked, and sparkling kitchenette. 10. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff despite room being fully occupied. 11. Good night sleep. 12. Lifts were quick and all working. 13. Good blackout blinds. 14. Minimal noise from other guests in corridor. None from neighbouring rooms. 15. Will definitely return. 16. Good location.

1. Kettle placed on table area and Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk on a tray above microwave..... above wheelchair height. 2. I was surprised there was not any free drinking water in the room. 5. Emergency pull just on one side of bed and closer to bathroom door... so no access to it of need help if bedbound. 6. The TV too small to see from bed and just the one comfy chair. 7. The switch for the Bedside light can't be reached easily from the bed. 8. No clear marking of temperature on shower mixer and how to adjust this. Hard to make out hot cold and also hard to change it. I struggled with this. I have bad sight and couldn't see the red and blue symbols. 9. The shower stool is on a different wall so if you can only sit on the shower seat you cant actually have the water go on your head so you have to hold the shower head manually and some vulnerable clients may nit be able to do that easily. 10. The shower seat is small and when soapy can be slippy so causing a fall hazard. 11. Despite pulling the shower curtains fully water still reached 3/4 of the bathroom floor and doesn't naturally drain on its entirety If you bring your own toiletries in the shower there isn't really anywhere you can put them other than on than the floor which isn't safe. These are all things which can easily be resolved by housekeeping and a fresh review of the rooms use for those in a wheelchair or who have additional needs. I would despite these still say that this room is better than most hotel rooms for accessibility.

The Staybridge was central to all the sights and very comfortable.

I have ask the wheel of liverpool view from our room while booking and it was an amazing view 😊 will definitely stay again lots of space in the room

Room was not done everyday and there was lots of dust everywhere on the spoons forks etc and lots of dust on the tv table . Room should have been done everyday , they was just taking dirty towels

shower walls were dirty. no parking available which was the reason i chose it

Well placed for socks and Liverpool one, parking a big bonus although a little tight.

Sofa bed a little basic for sleeping on but understood how it sat in better with the suite.

They had an event on and gave away free nibbles and drinks which I thought was a nice touch. I've booked again to come with my husband next month for his birthday

Coffee machine was a godsent, free laundry was really helpful, room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

Housekeeping came very early each day and were very rude and abrupt when I was woken up and I asked for 5 minutes so I could get changed and give them space - on each occasion I was barked at or the door was shut on me without being able to finish talking. This then meant the room went serviced and cleaned only once during the 10 days I was there (I extended my stay).
