The room itself was cleaned superbly. It was well stocked with tea and coffee in the room, as well as having items such as kettle, hairdryer, television and ironing board. Having our own key meant we could come and go as we pleased. The pub was great and the outdoor seating was well maintained. Our breakfast on the morning was brilliant

Room/hotel corridors were absolutely baking and even though we turned off the heating and opened the windows (as far as we could) it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for a night's sleep.
Was looking forward to breakfast as I had stayed here before but quality and selection was poor on this occasion.

Very close to the motorway. Comfy bed and quiet.
Radiators didn't work. Heater was broken. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. VERY hard to turn off water in shower with wet hands (had to wrap a towel around the faucet). Paper peeling off wall. Hardware on bathroom door was falling off. Our room needed some serious cleaning and maintenance.

Large comfortable room, with a good sized bathroom. The carpark was large, so no worry about parking. The pub was nice and we took a couple of pints back to our room the first night and had dinner with the dogs in the bar the second night. Good value for money, and we'll definitely stay again

Great location the room was comfortable and it was great value for money fabulous to be able to have own access as the rooms are set away from the actual pub with own entrance Great breakfast.
unfortunately we had booked to eat in the restaurant at 6:30 and they had completely run out of roasts as the menu was very limited we ended up ordering from Uber eats.

It was very clean and had ironing facilities, hairdryer, and fan. Great en suite with shower and bath options.
Annoying noise in the morning sounded like a broken industrial tumble dryer.

Location of the hotel was close to the actual visit place. Condition of room/toilet was okay. Free parking space as well was a '+'.
Room in general in good condition, however after night little warm was spotted on the cushion/ bedding set. No toilet brush to clean.

the room was small but comfortable and clean. staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
there are no staff available in the property overnight although they are contactable by telephone. it made the room feel remote and a little insecure.

When we arrived there was a rat walking about in the courtyard outside our room. Not enough towels….1 small bath towel each for 2 nights with no hand towels
