Breakfast excellent , room and bed also top class

Bed wasn’t made properly and wasn’t very comfortable.

Arrived super later after a delayed flight. Check in very quick and smooth. Staff helpful, very easy to find off the motorway. No issues.

Didn’t have breakfast. Good location for visiting Walsgrave hospital.

Would have liked more choice of snacks on menu.

For some reason I was allocated a room for the disabled? This was fine but there was a small green light in the bathroom and by the door entrance that I was unable to turn off. I understand why they are there, due to the function of this room but unfortunately it disturbed my sleep throughout the night as I’m used to total darkness. Although I was grateful to the bathroom one. Also I was unable to open a window as it was too high. I’m used to window open summer and winter. I was a little hot throughout and it was stuffy. It was too late with my late departure to bed (party) to move rooms.

The venue was accessible

Our sofa bed was just made up on arrival at 4pm or after we arrived back at midnight from a function. Had to ask reception to do this and also request extra cups n hot choc and towels as there was only one in the room with 3 occupants

Very noisy doors.thats all we could hear very early in the morning nobody closed the doors sounded like they were slammed very annoying after a late night at a concert then getting woken so early & having to drive 2 & an half hours home tired
