It was exceptionally clean and well layed out

The room was very cold, although they turned the under floor heating up from the mains the 1st day, the second day it only went up 1°c even after emailing, the large window takes all the heat out of the room and creates a cold spot reducing the heat, made the stay quite uncomfortable having to sleep in extra clothing. Inevitable I left the accommodation a day early as it was just to cold for me 🥶

Location.

Very noisy with road traffic as my room was right next to the road. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I decided to leave and travel home rather than stay. Property is really tired & basic.

It was very clean and cozy

Really clean and well put together, modern. Provided morning drinks which is a lovely added touch.

Construction going on. Woken up at early hours. Had to keep all curtains closed as the construction workers were right outside the room. Coffee was out of date by 2 years.

Like the size, parking and price

No complementary sugar / but had tea, coffee and milk I thought the checking in process was a nightmare, didn’t get some texts had to spend a while down loading imputing information, would be only thing to put me of staying again :-(

Property is fine

Staff are not very understanding of my issue. £100 damage deposit was not returned to me even after the time window. Wasnt due to any damage or anything its just not been returned to me. So iv basically been robbed. I've stayed with them multiple times, each time the damage deposit does take upto a week to come back but this time i just haven't Recieved it at all

The owner and staff lied on me

Perfect location will definitely be coming here for business again regularly in the new year & have told my colleagues about aswell the usb plugs next to bed was great thank you

Clean comfortable apartament, fantastic showers

The horrible horrible idea of using Bluetooth \ location electronic key to get into the building and the room itself.... Every time had a problem to get through the door...

it is located just at a bussy street and so noisy. rooms are not quite.

The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped.

Sadly won’t be staying again due to the noise. Walls are thin and doors to apartments/ building slam loudly, take earplugs.

The apartment was in a secure block, great for a lone female traveler. It was large with comfortable furniture and and modern facilities.

The stairs were tricky as I was on the 2nd floor

There was a slight smell in the bathroom, smelt mouldy. Room was far too hot

The apartment was clean, great location, had everything u needed , instance hot water

When we got there all windows were open and it was freezing, it didn't heat up at all, there were no hooks for drying towels , no toilet roll holder

The 10 minutes I spent in the apartment were ok.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY - DUE TO A FAILURE OF THEIR ELECTRONIC KEY SYSTEM AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYBODY I SPENT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR IN THE CAR PARK - NO APOLOGY OFFERED - DO NOT USE - A COMPLETE DISGRACE EVERY BAD REVIEW IS CORRECT - I WISH I HAD LOOKED MORE CLOSELY BEFORE BOOKING

The facilities were good and the independence was very unique in a good way

Rooms were not cleaned during our 5 day stay, top ups on coffee/tea would have been nice

Came away with bites on my legs after spending a night there and more after a few more nights. rude cleaning staff, expired ‘complimentary’ milk.
