Noise from next door. Not suitable for those with poor mobility/disabled. 4 or 5 sets of 3 to 4 steps in the corridor were difficult to negotiate and would be a nightmare in an emergency.

We loved our stay at the oaks Nelson bay. The apartment had everything you needed in it. The view was amazing. The location was close to everything. It was an easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, the marina and Woolworths.

Location to town centre. Didn't have to use the car at all.

Leanne's customer service is excellent. The cleanliness of the place is superb and there's privacy due to the locations of the rooms for couples.

No breakfast , our room was small and we didn’t have a view. We had traveled 600 km from Forbes to get there. I did ask if we could get a bit better room and she said no. We were booked in for 4 nights

Loved the location, the checkin and how clean the accommodation was. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. A class above the rest.

The bed was too small and matttess was too soft and not good for someone with back pain. At least they should have kept medium firmness for the mattress with king size bed frame.

Rooms were nice and clean and most things worked nicely.

The loud traffic noise outside the bedroom window and the out of hours pool parties people were throwing when trying to sleep.

Good location, walking distance to the main shopping strip, the marina and the small children's beach. Rooms were nicely presented and refreshed and the swimming pool was a real hit with our 3 year old! Staff very nice and accommodated a last minute request to push back our stay by a day due to an unexpected medical appointment. The courtyard in our unit was also a great space. We will definately be back.

As we stayed 5 nights, it would have been handy to have a small vacuum cleaner in the unit to clean up the sand/crumbs etc (I had a 3 year old) to try and keep the place a bit cleaner. But otherwise no issues!

wasn’t clean. toilet was leaking. don’t wanna start about shower. it’s like I’m under some sort of tap. also when you take shower then water goes everywhere. we had to put towel down so that water doesn’t go away from shower area.
