Location and spacious
No handles/railing in bathroom and pool and spa areas to get in and out

beautiful and very spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. amazing rooftop area, for sole use of guest - a big plus. very expansive bbq area. further huge balcony and outdoor seating. comfortable bedrooms. amazing views. close to all amenities

We liked the size of the property and 2 bedrooms with it's own toilet and shower. also the spa and the swimming pool and the entertainment area.

Location is excellent. The size of the penthouse is fantastic.
We were unable to use the spa for the last full day of our stay as it kept tripping the power.

lights at rooftop didn’t work so could not use facilities in the evening. despite multiple request, it was not fixed during our stay

The cleaning of the property was so poor.
I have contacted the property manager few times but no answer
I saw him only once when he gave me the keys and promised to be easy to reaching out when necessary but never happened.

When we arrived at the property, the keys were not in the mailbox as instructed in the email. So we have to call, and the staff came.
The check-in is not a smooth process because you did not check the cleaning of the property and the keys

The property was spacious and in a great location but definitely needs a full commercial clean.

The location and size of this property was excellent.
Some of the fasciitis were old, broken and although worked were a little clunky.
The washing machine was dirty and the microwave front panned fell off

The place was grubby and very small 3rd and 4th room.
The power didn’t work in the bedrooms so couldn’t watch TV. The building manager came at the end of our stay to try and fix the electricity problems and show us how things work!! By then it was too late.
