The top sheet was dirty, with a lot of dust

Loved the location, the comfort, and the amenities. Lovely hot pool and fabtastic shops and restaurants. Great apartments.
The bathtub was very high. Was very uncomfortable to get in and out of the bath. It definitely need updating.

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Loved that there was a washer & dryer and oven. Grateful the proximity of this place to the beach and local shops is great.
There was no Netflix or chromecast to watch TV from our phones. WiFi wasn't good. No TV in main bedroom only the lounge.

Bedroom aircon didn’t work. Found a old Band-Aid in the bed. Staff didn’t seem to care at all and didn’t offer any kind of compensation.

Just stayed one night. Pouring rain so didnt use the resort facilities but the apartment was comfortable enough and functional Loved the hot water!
Cold white light globes throughout and a white tiles floor and white walls made us feel like we were in a wating room rather than a comfortable apartment. An easy fix

Apartment required significant maintenance, taps stiff to operate, permit lining falling away, drawers in robe broken, shower head significantly blocked, vanity waste backed up, front door handle loose.

The Oaks is located in a wonderful part of the Sunshine Coast. The staff were truly wonderful. We were there for a family get together and they treated my elderly mother extremely well. Can't fault this resort.
