Nice Location with a smal Park in front and the nice River view.

A lot of stairs to go up to the third floor but it keeps you healthy and the Apartment was just great for us.

I booked 3 bedroom river view with private terrace. Photos of the apartment on bookings.com are not the same as the apartment we stayed in. The whole apartment was old and needed a refresh, half of the wire security door was laying on the balcony so could not close to keep flies/mozzies out unless shut the glass doors, so it got hot and muggy in the building. Also could not lock the glass sliding doors at all. I would never have paid $410 per night this. Noisy with lots of cars, motor boats, jet skis, screaming children under neath us at 6.30am and some partying in the park in the middle of the night. When arrived for 2pm check-in was advised the room had not been cleaned so waited 1.25 hours to check-in. Then eftpos would not work so had the payment for room booking hanging over my head the whole weekend. I have stayed at this place at least 4 times over the years and never been so disappointed. Definitely would not recommend! I have attached photos of what was advertised on booking.com vs what we had.

it’s quiet location overlooking the River. Rooftop patio area with the spa is fantastic. very comfortable room with everything you could ask for to use.

❤️ apartment next to the water. we felt secure about letting our kids go out and play by themselves. Management give us secure locked parking to store our push bikes. management helpful and understanding. we were allowed to extend our departure time to 5pm so we drove home relaxed and happy. pleasantly surprised to see that each set of stairs was shorter than I expected - I had a mental image of a very long set of stairs.

limited car park available. private rooftop spa and bbq terrace was separate from the rooftop apartment and therefore too far away from kitchen facilities and therefore too much of a hassle to use

The location. Close to the river & also close to shops. Lounge & kitchen large .

Carparks are tight to get into

No Elevator stairs difficult for my aging uncle

Best communication from staff, very understanding of circumstances and always willing to help out in any way.
