Room size - incredible - and was well appointed. Everything you could need for a short or long stay. The staff were attentive and friendly - and went out of their way to make the experience easy and enjoyable.

Small issue with the air con not staying on heating mode (on a chilly Melbourne weekend). The staff unsuccessfully attempted to fix the issue, and provided a gift basket in lieu of moving us (as there was only one night left to go).

Spaciousness and location of property

Lift had to be serviced and we were on level 17 so it wasn’t great to have to take that many stairs down (one of the party had mobility issues). That said, it was fixed by time we returned so that was a relief!

Amazing location. Close to Rod Laver and all the trains so we could walk and go where we pleased. The parking was in the building for only $25 day which made it super easy to store things and go to and from the car if I forgot anything

Excellent location with amazing views. We stayed in the penthouse, it was very spacious & well fitted out. Highly recommend.

No streaming services, given the price paid this should be included.

The room had a great layout, with plenty of room. The location was great for the activities I had planned. i slept well so there couldn't have been any or much noise.

I was only there for 1 night and didn't spend alot of time in the room to dislike anything...

This place is in a fantastic location. Easy to walk to several landmarks. Walked to Queen Victora Market, Walked to the MCG for an Australian football league. So many great restaurants right around the corner on Flinders Ave. We stayed in one of the lofts which was excellent except for having to carry luggage up and down stairs.

Lofts are off the alley so the noise can be bothersome, late nighters partying, and the recycle truck comes very early in the morning and is very loud. Some receptions staff were not very knowledgeable about the area.

Fabulous room and location

Nothing really

Check in ready at 1pm like requested, speedy and great receptionist, 2 bedroom apartment spacious, well appointed with city and Yarra views.

It was roomy

1. Train rumbling, external noise, noise from people in the corridor 2. Shower in bath that was awkward to get into and out of, with step up and step down required. The bottom was curved and no anti-slip mat. Sharp angles on the bench at the end. This is a hazardous situation IMHO, particularly for the elderly and pregnant women. 3. As I snore I asked for an extra mattress in the lounge which they provided but hit hit me up for an extra 50. When I said that left a sour taste they were quite patronising with their response stating that I should book 2 rooms in the future.

Our room was perfect for our stay. Close to the event we travelled to see and all we wanted to do. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the Adina. The room was huge and comfortable. The location was really convenient. Staff were really friendly. There is an IGA supermarket downstairs which was really convenient.

It was close to train tracks and you could hear the trains during the night. It didn’t bother my family but I’m a light sleeper so I was aware of it.

Beds were comfortable, great views of the city and roomy apartment. Staff very helpful.

Noise from the trains. Only one lift working (waiting on a part) so some delays at peak times. No instructions on the how the heating worked, no information about the unit as is often provided in accommodation. Went to use the oven and it had a dirty roasting dish in it.

Location was very convenient to take the free CBD tram. Stop was just short walk away.

The location, the staff, everything

I was lucky to get room on special but if you could put more specials up like the room I had would be awesome

The apartment was well located for us as we were there to go to the MCG primarily. It had a very Melbourne, inner city vibe and that was fun.

There is no lift. I am not sure how less capable guests would have been able to manage the laneway entrance and the multiple stair cases.

In a good position for us

I loved the welcome package to the Loft apartment, the apartment itself was spacious and beautifully pesented with everything you would need on a short stay

the only thing I didn't like, which is out of the control of the adina as it is a Heritage listed apartment, that there is no lift and you have to use the stairs to your room - only a problem if you have heavy luggage - as I did.

Newly renovated loft room was great

Very noisy through the night - from nearby restaurant and street sweepers etc. Windows have no soundproofing at all. We got very little sleep as a result.
