The restaurant food was good and service was friendly.

Parking and how spread out everything was. it is really catering for families with young children.

Nice bedroom and bathroom, the couch in the living is a bit unpleasant odour.

Wifi was very weak connection and unable to play YouTube kids. No respond to Nextflix or any entertainment.

great water park and facilities for kids

Rooms were not serviced at all during in our 4 day stay, tea or coffee facilities not restocked, no beds made, just towels literally dropped on the unmade bed every day, old towels no even removed from bathroom floor.

Great location when travelling with kids. Facilities are great.

There has got to be a better system with the pool towels.

I like all the activities available on site as well as the proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach.

I feel it had gone down hill a bit. Equipment was run down. Plovers were attacking viciously while we played mini putt putt. Volleyball was all muddy and unusable. Toilets near water park were boggy and disgustingly dirty.

So much to do! I love that you could come and have enough to do not to leave.

Great stay if you have kids. Little one loved the water park, pool and jumping pillow. Easy parking and great location. Staff were all lovely. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

The whole resort is very rundown. Around the restaurant and water park the flooring was rotten and disintegrating. The bottom of the pool was old and very slippery in areas. Mini golf area is very worse for wear. The couch in our room was uncomfortable with one old flat cushion and was quite dirty, as was the carpet. The walls in our room and the restaurant were all scuffed up and some of the furniture in our room was broken. Definitely in need of some TLC.

My child was injured on their waterslide and they didn’t close it or show a lot of care.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a studio room with no sink so we couldn’t clean our dishes, and housekeeping would not take them until we checked out.

Bin was mouldy, smelly and dirty in the room under the rubbish bag.

Nothing was likeable about this property

All facilities closed without warning beforehand. Make you pay for stay THEN inform you about all facilities being closed that they were aware of before arrival. Large chunks of paint peeling off walls. Holes in walls. Bath towels had BROWN marks and spots all over it. Disgusting smell in room and mould in air conditioner.

The kids were entertained all weekend. Wish the water park had been opened.

I should have mentioned when we first got to our room, the toilet seat was broken, that you had to be careful and balance on it, as not to fall off. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, wouldn’t cool the room down, and the room always smelled musty

Free put put golf was good and the included breakfast was ok.

Kids water slide area very dirty. room was very basic. Wifi was a joke, could not stream anything and I was supposed to be working remotely one afternoon and was unable to.

Fair location

No parking close to room on 2nd level means carrying bags etc about 100m then climb 2 flights of stairs next to a room with thin walls and noisy kids. Nothing ‘executive’ about this room as there was not even a chair, let alone a desk. The tv was not much bigger than my iPad! No toaster and not even a decent sized knife with which to cut some fruit. The seal on the shower door was broken allowing water to flow out and flood the floor.

Loved the buffet breakfast that was included, staff were lovely, heaps for kids to do from waterpark to mini golf and a jumping pillow.

The shower in our room had an insanely HOT burning shower, took awhile to get it to go cooler. It’s a bit of a pricey holiday but in peak January times I’m guessing that’s everywhere at $400 a night.

Kid pool was excellent. Suitable for my kid's age. There are types of accommodations we can choose from. Supermarket is next door.

The sink position in the bathroom was very high. Our 4yrs old kid couldn't reach it to wash hands. Even hard for myself to wash my face... also there were a few nails poking out from the gap between kitchen tiles and carpet. I accidentally stepped on them without notice them. Luckily i got only scratched my toe, but we had to cover them with tick towel to protect our kid during our stay. Hope its fixed by now.

A very fun friendly environment, bar service while your kids play on the water park or swimming pool. I’d definitely return

We weren't given the gate code upon arrival which made getting in a problem. Also wasnt enough parking on the weekend. Our room was ok although the disabled bathroom (we're not disabled) was disappointing. Water went all over the floor from the shower which made the floor slippery & it was all quite rusty.

Kitchen facilities with good size living area, balcony & access to washing machine

Smokers on neighbouring units, entry door was difficult to close.

Breakfast restaurant was noisy. otherwise the food was was good.

the outside area suck as decking and furniture in the restaurant average at best.
