I was very impressed by the two-bedroom suite: It's the perfect solution for accommodating the whole family.
Having our own fully equipped kitchen in the room was very convenient. It allowed us to prepare our own meals and save on dining out.
The availability of a private washer and dryer was a big plus, especially during our extended stay. It made our stay more convenient and comfortable.
The hotel pool turned out to be a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a long day. I enjoyed its luxurious atmosphere.
The beds were comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep and full relaxation.
The proximity to the beach was one of the hotel's main advantages. Being just 50 meters from the beach allowed us to easily enjoy seaside strolls and beach relaxation.
There were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options for lunches and dinners.
At the moment, I didn't find any drawbacks.

-just across the street from the bus stop and meeting point for the trips
-fire alarm kept randomly beeping which was annoying at 3am and 5 am. i reported this saying i fixed it temporarily but someone should come and fix it professionally but noone came during our stay
-garden was beautiful but the plastic foil wasn’t nice at all
-you have to pay for a beach towel
-the beach was disappointing, maybe just bad weather

the only thing good about this resort is the location to beach and shops
The cleanliness of this room was terrible, the couch was filthy, the bed cover had stains, the floors were dirty as were the walls. The only bathroom I had access to was a shower in a tub which was slippery and dangerous. Some of the doors had the front peeled off, the painting of the walls was bubbly, and where items head been replaced was still marked. The internet was non existent.

The pool and beach access were great, as was the location to cafes & restaurants
Requested ground floor, meaning no stairs. The unit was 6 stairs up from garden or additional 12 stairs from basement car parking. Shower was a step into bathtub, not ideal when request was for no stairs. Unit was hot and closed on arrival, appeared it had not been used for a period of time. Overall cleanliness was poor.

Great atmosphere and location. Very close to the shops and restaurants. Straight across from the beach. Beautiful pool and areas to relax. Spacious and clean accomodation. Secure under cover parking. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

Position is perfect
Unit needs some work, very old fashioned. Needs new crockery and missing things like tissues. Had to ask for an extra toilet roll . One very small cake of soap for both basin and shower for one week.

Gardens are lovely and well kept, great location opposite beach and on main stretch of restaurants, also bus stop just across the road. Pool is fabulous especially with young children. Range of depth from .5 meter. BBQs are great and there are a couple available. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and kindly provided me with a mattress topper as the bed was to firm for me, I really appreciated it.
apartment no. 19 we stayed in was comfortable but a little tired and outdated and could do with new couch, coffee table etc and a fresh coat of paint. We stayed 8 nights and weren’t offered fresh towels or linen. Could also add some more pool lounges. Also kitchen didn’t have any bbq tongs, but otherwise well stocked with plates, bowls etc.

Location
We were not informed that we would be on the FOURTH floor and I have a health problem. Taking the luggage to this level up several flights of stairs was a major effort. One of the globes in one of the bed-lamps was missing. There was one spare toilet roll for a 10 day stay. The one cake of soap was miniscule and the shampoo and conditioner were enough for one person for a single use.
All in all it could not be considered good value for money.
