Highly recommend this property. The apartments are spacious with decent size balconies both front and back. The pool area is lovely with tropical rainforest and birds on one side. The spa is heated in winter and the pool has a range of depths and heaps of space so even when it was busy it wasn’t crowded. It was too hot and muggy to use the tennis court but it’s great it’s there. There is also umbrellas, bucket and spade sets, books etc that you can borrow from reception. Car garage is locked up and the whole place felt secure. The location is a short stroll to the beginning of the esplanade and there are plenty of decent coffee and eating places within a stone’s throw.

The wifi wasn’t strong enough to properly stream, despite the fact the smart tv is connected and set up. The playground is dated and really just for tiny toddlers.

Kitchen by the pool was great with condiments and oil free to use. Pool and tennis court very well kept

The 2 bedroom apartment is beautiful, clean and very spacious, with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The swimming pool is amazing, a true oasis. The location is perfect, adjacent to Palm Cove Esplanade. To top it off, the two hosts Adrian and Elmira are so kind and welcoming, they made our stay an absolute delight. They even followed up after our stay to send a forgotten item to our address. Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience

Pool was nice, location was good away from beach and the tavern across the road offering decent food at decent prices, although our room was near the pool and the managers let people stay in the pool past closing making so much noise.

The Manager Adrian started off friendly and helpful but was extremely rude to me and my wife regarding servicing our room - we have an incredible record from hotel and airbnb managers/owners who love us but Adrian’s behaviour was totally disgusting when my wife asked the cleaners politely service our room after Adrian had agreed to do it on a particular day, his wife blamed his behaviour on a previous guest who “apparently” was rude to cleaning staff and how under pressure they were this time of year. My kids witnessed how polite my wife was to the cleaner( cleaners 2nd day on the job) and my wife even apologised to the cleaner for any misunderstanding but Adrian didn’t show the same respect or humility and the owners of the apartments should be appalled at his behaviour to their guests. Then Adrian contacts Booking.con to threaten us with legal action ……what a pathetic human to ruin our holiday with a message like that! Never ever staying there again!

We didn’t have enough cutlery or plates, glasses to use and no serving bowls for a big family of 5.

The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, clean and cozy. I loved large state of the art kitchen with all appliances, walk in robe, huge terrace and comfy bed. The pool & bbq area was very clean, private and quiet. The beach and all restaurants are only few min away. A big thank you to the staff - they were just amazing facilitating early check in and late check out that made my stay effortless and really enjoyable. I’m definitely coming back! ☺️

Lovely location and nice apartment. Bit of a bug problem the first night so we were moved into another apartment which I thought was better than the first. Lovely resort manager was kind and helpful. Great pool area. Would happily stay again.
