The Hotel is very spacious and all areas very clean. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable amount upon check in. This included Buffet Breakfast. It was lovely. The view from the room - sensational. Thank you!

The carpet in our room was a little stained in places .. but nothing unhygienic about it.. just dated. There was a window in our room that would not securely close. I was a little concerned, as there is also no screen on the outside of the window.. We were on the 12th floor.

Room was upgraded but had marked walls and roof for an upgrade because our other room wasn’t ready which we had to pay for wasn’t worth the value.Also for a 450 bond we only got 100 back after 100 worth of drinks

The entrance looks nice. The photos on wall are interesting.

Pool facilities were not working, have had this problem many times before. It didn’t smell pleasant. No streaming services on tv. No opening windows inside room it was muggy and humid. No fan in toilet to let steam and smell out.

The view we had was of the air conditioning units, they were right outside our door. It was cool when we stayed there, but I wonder how noisy they would have been if it was really hot and they were all on.

We had previously stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it so had to return. It has got old world luxury elegance, located on the Glenelg waterfront next to the pier. The staff are wonderful. A cocktail in the Horizon Bar is the perfect place to watch the sun set. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location, the sunsets were phenomenal. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was really enjoyable.

The floors in the room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The beds also were not that comfortable. The pool area needs more sun lounges. The walls seem to be quite thin as I could hear people in the rooms next door.

Breakfast was okay . Staff efficient. Great views.

Rooms dated. No swimming pool access, very poor not advised when booking. Parking was expensive Lifts and hallways needed to be cleaned

Breakfast good value for money. Idyllic spot beautiful views of the ocean.

Rooms need to be redecorated and updated due to the price being charged. Maintenance being done at peak period which prevented use of the lifts and staff not being informed. Disappointed unable to take a bar meal up to our room which we have done on previous occasions.

Pancake machine wasn't working, asked staff to fix and they didn't Waited 20 mins for omelette, asked staff and they lost the order Breakfast staff seemed like they didn't want to be there Chromecast access or similar would be nice in rooms so there is something to watch other than free-to-air tv

Empty tables at breakfast could have been cleared so more people could sit. It was half empty but most tables were still dirty so couldn’t sit at them.

Room was quiet and very comfortable with everything we needed. Duty Manager (Josh) super helpful and lovely. Assistance with luggage to and from our room was really appreciated.

The view of the ocean from the window was amazing. There were plenty of restaurants to walk to.
