Hotel clean n tidy but needs a bit of updating

Not much

This is described as a renovated Eco-Hotel. It may have been redecorated but it has not been renovated or modernised. It is not Eco and the receptionist was unable to tell us how or why it was Eco.

The view is amazing and there is plenty of things to do in the hotel and near by. The waitress at breakfast was very nice and exceptionally helpful.

We felt that due to not having our vaccines that the staff were a bit critical of this. It may have been a bit of communication difficulty and they thought we did not want to do the test. After our test was done the staff on reception were much nicer.

Location is excellent. The views are fantastic. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

The pool area lacks beauty and comfort. There is no internet connection at the pool and there is no bar service. TV’s in the suite room need upgrade. They are small 27” or 32” old TV’s.

The facilities are dated and definitely in need of an upgrade but it is still very comfortable/homey and at times one really feels that they are in their own living room. Staff are cordial, efficient and responsive. The cleaners are very meticulous, which is an essential criteria during a pandemic. Amazing ratio quality/price and free/safe parking spots outside.

The carpets on the bathroom, that need to be replaced to something more hiegenic. Would be good to have more food options given the location is a bit stranded.

Beautiful location right by the lake. There is not much to do around the hotel without getting the car but it is peaceful and relaxing for a get away break. Hotel allows the use of paddle boats for no charge, which was great. There are also nice walks to do around the area.

The hotel is quite dated and although it adds to the charm of the hotel, it could do with some renovations (particularly the lift, which seems extremely old!).

Excelente breakfast

This is one of the most welcoming places I have been ! It’s wonderfully located with a beautiful, breathtaking view to the blue lake. I loved the decor and ambient. peaceful place but full of alternatives for a great fun alone or with family. the rooms are spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. offers free breakfast with a generous choice of food. had dinner in the restaurant and I must say .. best alheira I eaten on a very long time. the pool area is well served. the staff was fantastic, client oriented very warm and welcoming, professionals. It’ is truly a hide jam. It’s not expensive. I highly recommend it!

Check out time should be the same as check in ! Our check in was souped to be 3h/pm and we had to wait which I understand delais can happen, but to give the clients a fair correct timings check out should be the same time as you checked in but we were asked to leave the room at 12h/pm
