Very easy and smooth check-in process. Amazing location in Tomar. Excellent apartments. We forgot something behind and they went above and beyond to return it back to us.

Perfect stay. 10 without doubt. Perfect room, everything really clean, confortable bed, great location within Tomar. The detail of leaving us some groceries for breakfast was lovely, And finally, really amazing price for the quality of the place. Why all the places are not like that? Really thanks.

Beautiful little apartment, very tastefully designed to integrate classical old features with modern conveniences. The apartment was perfectly designed as a good base from which to explore the city. The location is fantastic, giving quick access to the old quarter of Tomar and the river. The hosts at Flattered to be were very helpful, and excellent communicators. All around this is highly recommended.

We liked all of it ! There's nothing to criticise - it was better than we expected, and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Tomar.

Of all the places I've stayed in nearly 6 weeks in Portugal this spring, this one was by far the most well-appointed. My apartment didn't have a special view or fancy furnishings, but it did have everything I needed and was comfortable. The small kitchen had items other places lacked. Even a salad spinner. Knives that could actually cut. A pot holder and a beautiful big bowl for big salads or pasta. OIl and two kinds of vinegar. And in the bathroom, a wonderful shower. And so on. It was clear that the owners thoughtfully tried to anticipate and provide what visitors might need or want instead of getting by with the bare minimum. I was impressed. And the location is great. I would certainly stay there again One more detail: I was driving a rental car. Parking isn't provided but there's an underground parking area by a sports facility 2 blocks away that's reasonably priced. In the opposite direction, and on the river, there's a large parking lot by the mercado where I was able to park for free outside of market hours and on a holiday.

Flattered Tomar is a great place for two or for solo travelers. The hostess is wonderful and with great communication. The place is very well equipped with everything you need. It is right in town so you can walk everywhere. There is free parking in a lot across the street. The apartment is very clean and cozy. I highly recommend and will stay here again when visiting Tomar.

Super thoughtfully designed place, efficient and inviting details and appliances everywhere. Very spacious for two people. The most comfortable mattress we've slept on in Portugal as well! Very friendly and responsive staff. Excellent location, walkable to everything.

The staff was very friendly, hospitable and customer-minded (the level of English was very good). The breakfast was excellent and it could be adjusted daily. The WiFi was great (around 70 Mbps up / download). A plus was a fully equipped kitchen with dish and laundry washing machines. The bed and airconditioning were very good. The apartment was very clean, towels were changed on a regular basis. The location is very good, with free public parking. Overall it was a very good experience, we will recommend a stay in Flattered to our friends and family.

Security of the WiFi was weak (according to my iPhone). A locker to save valuable items was missing. Breakfast is a bit late (between 8:30-09:00 hour). A bigger wardrobe would have been handy. Sometimes it was a bit noisy because of other guests (after 23:00 hour).

The location

We booked this place because it the balcony to be able to sit outside; two travellers had breathing diseases. We found a balcony that was inaccessible due to a gigant airco unit on it. The staff could not care less. The only thing they were quickly responsive with was with the money machine to be sure we would pay :-) What made it worst is that the appartement is terribly small ( we could not even open our carrying on in the main bedroom) and air circulation is terrible as it is an renovated but old building so you need to have the airco on to sleep or survive… Mistakes in publishing a listing do happen but it is the way the host solves the problem that make the difference; in this case do not take the risk! There are much better options in Tomar!

Property was spotless. Kitchen facilities excellent.

Lounge sofa in wrong place and uncomfortable. Shower very small, hot water very weak in pressure

Location couldn't be better. Easy to reach by car and short walk to city centre with endless opportunities for restaurants and bakeries. Appartment was perfect, all facilities available including washing machine and iron.

Great location! Very central. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and tourist attractions. The kitchen was well equipped for such a small apartment.

The shower was very small, barely any room to move in it which made showering very difficult.

Filipa met us on arrival, very welcoming and helpful. Location of the property was fabulous, apartment was very spacious and clean, everything we needed as a home from home.
