tiene un precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. está anticuado, en el ascensor solo cabe una persona sin maletas y la habitación está muy anticuada, abri el armario y el olor a humedad era horrible. El desayuno tiene muy muy poca variedad.

Breakfast buffet was generous, varied, delicious, and made it easy to cater to allergies. They made a plate of scrambled eggs without butter for someone with a milk allergy.

Very small lift, as expected in Europe. so we sent 1 person with 3 bags in it, and walked up the stairs.

The helpfulness of the staff when we had a breakdown with our rental car. They went above and beyond to sort out the roadside assistance and then a taxi service back to the car rental facility for a replacement car.

No negatives

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance to most of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had requested at the time of booking gluten free options for breakfast, and all the staff were aware and provided appropriate food. The personal touches were wonderful, like providing chocolates and snacks in the room (even a gluten free option!).

The elevator is tiny. Parking is on the street (pay parking).
