Sehr sauber und geräumiges Zimmer, die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß eingerichtet und hochwertig. Es sind mehr als genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Free parking place

I came about 16.00. There was no possibility to order something to eat untii dinner. There is no restaurant near the hotel. There is no permanently operating restaurant in the hotel, not even close to the hotel. The equipment in the room is not the latest, the TV did not work. The price is higher compared to better or similar hotels, breakfast is worse.

Sehr sauber; Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ; Frühstück hat für alle etwas zu bieten; Lage: Nah zur Altstadt; Hotel schnell ab der Autobahnabfahrt zu erreichen und trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung! Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und Benützen schon vor dem Check-in möglich! Handtücher im Saunabereich vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft bereits bezahlt. Trotzdem musste ich meine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen für eventuelle Verunreinigungen durchs Rauchen. Wir sind beide Nichtraucher.

Very modern hotel and nice rooms in the new annex building. The sound insulation is excellent. Tadej on reception was super friendly. Rooms were very clean. Easy parking and a supercharger area in the car park. The location is very practical for the zoo, or getting to the city if needed; it is also well placed for onward journeys as it is right beside the motorway (but the motorway is well hidden). Nice pool but more of a swimmers' pool than a relaxation area. Good coffee at the bar, a pity you cannot get this at breakfast time as it is only machine coffee there (for €19 pp we expect a proper coffee).

The number of smokers at the entrance to the hotel is overwhelming; there were giant groups of them at all times of the day and you have to walk through it to get into the hotel. As such, there is no outdoor seating facility anywhere in the hotel where you can enjoy some sun without also enjoying some nicotine. It would sadly put us off staying for longer.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Innenpool ist auch gut und es gibt genügend frische Handtücher. Die Lage ist gut, viel grün um das Hotel.

Das Frühstück ist ok, aber etwas mehr Auswahl wäre schön.

Restoran i bar, preko vikenda 1 sat dulje, jedini prigovor, koji ne mijenja moje prethodne ocijene.

Ich suchte ein Hotel nahe der Autobahn, weil ich nur einen Zwischenstop benötigte. Da war dieses Hotel ideal für mich. Hatte daher keine großen Erwartungen wurde jedoch positiv überrascht von Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit bzw. perfekter Serviceleistung des Personals. Insbesondere war für mich die Servicequalität an der Hotelbar überzeugend, die auch Snacks bietet. Ich frühstücke immer sehr wenig (Kaffe, Brot und Butter) daher buche ich das auch nicht. An der Hotelbar bekam ich eine bunte Auswahl an Croissants und die Dame machte mir schon vor Öffnungsbeginn einen Kaffee.

Es war perfekt.

Unser Zimmer war im neuen Anbau des Hotels gelegen und somit modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

The hotel is extremely well located for overnight stays for travellers to and from Italy. Convenient parking, great food for dinner and breakfast. Helpful staff. Best rating is the fact that I have visited this hotel several times in the last three years.

So far, I can't point to anything I'm unhappy with.

A szálloda szép környezetben található, nagyon kényelmes. Kutyával is szívesen látnak, a személyzet nagyon kedves. Tágas parkolóval.

A hangszigetelésen lehetne mit javítani, sajnos eléggé áthallatszanak a szomszédos szobákból és a folyosóról.

Fitness might require a renovation

We were here for a quick overnight stay, so I didn't experience everything that was on offer. The room itself was really spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was also really comfortable. It was convenient that we had take-away cups for coffee in the room, this really served well since we had to leave early in the morning.

Four Points by Sheraton Mons in Ljubljana was like a hamlet, a little away from the hustle and bustle of a city centre of Ljubljana but well connected . It was a spread out on a large piece of land yet with modern design reminiscent of scandinavian architecture with minimalist design draped in natural earthy wooden walls and flooring . Well lit with natural light and greeted on arrival by warm smile by the staff manning the reception. Checkin was smooth and easy. Room was large again with all modern amenities which one expects in a hotel of this stature yet with minimalist design which we loved. Bathroom was very clean and tidy . Everything in its rightful place .It had a wonderful coffee shop , A 2 Breakfast room with plenty of varieties and friendly people manning them but Robin restaurant takes the cake. Excellent decor and service . Our stay was very very comfortable . Every staff was good but one person who made our stay very very comfortable was Mr Prihoz Horvat whose service delivery was exemplary .

We loved everything .

Most of the staff were professional and experienced.

The location was terrible. On the outskirts of town in the middle of nowhere. The poorly rated restaurant required reservations which no one mentioned. We waited several hours for it to open. Since it was so poorly located, nothing in walking distance, the restaurant was completely booked. Not sure if we would have been able to obtain reservations if we had been told they were necessary earlier. The hostess was very surly and obnoxious. We ended up missing dinner.

Es war super zentral und schön ausgestattet.

Leider war es nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen, da sich unterhalb unseres Aufenthaltsortes ein Restaurant oder eine ähnliche Einrichtung befand, was zu einem anhaltenden Geruch nach Essen führte. Dieses Problem wurde verstärkt durch die Abzugshaube, die möglicherweise direkt in den Hof, wo sich der Balkon befindet, abführte. Folglich gestaltete sich die Belüftung des Badezimmers als äußerst schwierig. Des Weiteren wurden wir im Februar von Mücken geplagt, die uns gestochen haben.

Everything was good.

Very modern design of the large spacious room, new building, huge bed, excellent shower. Parking is complimentary. Sauna and pool are a bonus. Good restaurant and excellent coffee at the bar.

Very good hotel, close to the highway, in 1 min you are on the highway. Private parking. Best breakfast at a transit hotel, very good quality food.
