The room was lovely and clean, the restaurant food was ok.

The distance was quite away from the city, I was aware of that. We did have a car to move about.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent

Waitress spilled my colleagues dinner on me and never returned to our table for the rest of the night after the incident or never informed manager, we were left sitting at the table with no service, once we ate the dinner had to go find some one to pay for the meal. Never acknowledged the waitress spilled hot gravy over me or offered any form of retribution, a drink or desert or something. Bad form

Dated hotel, poor Wi-Fi and no air conditioning in the room, poor room lighting.

Front desk staff was awesome, so friendly and welcoming and accommodated our schedule coming in really early.

Nothing honestly. Clean room with what we needed, low noise, beautiful window view.

The staff and the location was 10/10. Very friend t and helpful staff! Amazing hospitality. The breakfast had plenty of options and we were very comfortable in our room because it had plenty of space and comfy beds.

the hotel is a bit dated. the carpet in our room was stained from the bathroom and had other spills staining the carpets as well. even when the windows were open the room was stifling warm at night. the toilet didn’t have a lid so toilet germs everywhere :(

The bed was comfy, the room was small but nice. Bar food was delicious and speedy amd staff that evening were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast food was OK. Staff were nice and overall we were happy.

Main bathroom in reception only had 1 hand drier turned on and numerous taps were turned off also. Not sure why this was the case

it’s amazing around, very green as I said in a post before, the hotel is quite and nice! but today I’m here to talk about Andrea, She is an amazing as Professional and as Person, Clayton hotel should be proud to have a staff like that! Very patient, understanding and she always gonna try to get your problem sorted without any stress! That’s how I felt! also I would like say thank you for Ladie and the young guy that was working late shift, they are amazing and also the kitchen, Waiters and Waitresses who was giving attention all the time and everything was really fast (very impressive), the food was delicious! (I’ve been here for 3 days), all the housekeeping who maintain the hotel clean and fresh… Great job. They work happy… The problems we leave at home ;) They say! I really enjoyed my stay 100% The last thing, I’m not being paid to do the review btw, those guys put a lot off effort in their service and mostly of the time people will come here just to complain, and mostly of the time about silly things… why not yourself put a effort and do a review when it is good? 🤔

That’s gonna sound a little bit 🤢 for some, but as anyone said it, I will. I’ve been in almost all Clayton, Madron Hotels and etc and I noticed a long time ago they remove the brush to clean the toilet… I Was just wondering why? If a person is complaining about cleaning their own messy that person should learn what empathy means, there are things that money can’t buy! one those things is respect for people! it’s a small thing but make difference… Think about your staff and put back that brush, the clients hands won’t fell out of cleaning their on mess. Thank you 🙏 the rest is amazing

It’s a very comfortable and well appointed hotel and popular meeting point. It’s rooms are comfortable and breakfast was very pleasant. Friendly staff and good meeting facilities are hallmarks of this hotel.

Location and room.

Rug had some dirt. Overall cleanliness. The phone didnt worked. Even if it works what could have costed them to buy a new phone or a new tv. Those looked like 15year old.

Staff on phone room service basically got told not to order at 9 chef in 1030 rang 1030 got told 1130 and no point only sandwiches.which is what I wanted
