Too small rooms, unhelpful staff

Checkin desk was very helpful as i was unable to gain access to my bags as the car park near by where i had to leave my car was locked. They were very friendly and helpful and looked up it's opening time as well as provided me with a toothbrush.

The Manager acted with competence and showed excellent judgment when ejecting a disorderly who had wandered un from street and was disrupting the lobby bar.

The room had very inadequate storage space. What little there was was oddly shaped and not practical. The shower is poorly designed and has poor water pressure. Requires too much time to use properly.

This hotel is in a great central location and was more reasonably priced than others. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious and were well equipped. The delicious breakfast set us up for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with our stay.

There's nothing I was dissatisfied with.

The location was excellent close to bus-station shops and restaurants really convenient for attractions. The train station is a 15 min walk. The check in process was good the receptionist friendly and welcoming. The room was fairly large modern and certainly well presented. Complimentary tea coffee and bottled water appreciated.

The receptionist on check in very friendly rather more so than the check out receptionist who was very curt and unhelpful to a query regarding my bill. This experience would mean I wouldn’t probably return to the Naldron which is a shame as the hotel is in a great spot.

The maldron hotel is a very well run hotel and the staff are always welcome and kind. The food is always gorgeous and delicious 😋. So I would say it to anyone if there are looking for somewhere to stay in cork city.

Ease of registration..friendly staff..central location

Was disappointed with breakfast facilities in dining room I.e. self service -appeared to b a bit chaotic with people going around blindly looking for trays butter etc. Could have been told it was self service initially. Someone should be posted to hurry things along.

I booked this hotel months before our cross country road trip in Ireland not knowing what to expect. I booked off the ratings and comments of others whom stayed prior. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at this was hands down the cleanest and nicest hotel of all. The location was a solid 10 and the price was unbeatable.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Cork. I would for sure stay again if I ever get back to Ireland. Side note- I fell in ❤️with this county. Most beautiful and magical place I’ve been 😊

Modern and great location.

Went down for breakfast and the cleaning staff assumed we forgot baggage and took it out of the room almost 3 hours prior to checkout. Restaurant staff were not at all organised and got orders wrong and didn’t bother to come back to see if we wanted anything extra, drinks, desserts, or offer a bill. Also very difficult to offload luggage as it’s a Main Street and no parking.
