Loved all staff place and facilities. The meal we had night before was vgood.

The buffet area for breakfast had lots of food messed on floor. The staff still nice. No one seemed in charge. The following applies to Clayton and different hotel - getting hot food was cold by the time had to go back for coffee. One of us got hot drink before food and then the coffee was cold. It would be good if hot drings could be served at table.

Excellent staff. Front desk and restaurant staff are first rate. Shuttle driver also as good as can be.

Dinner in the Italian restaurant was not very good. Chicken breast was pre cooked and warmed for service. Was dry and luke warm. Same for the potatoes.

It was a last minute booking but very good value, staff was kind enough to give us two cots for our children. Room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities needed and breakfast was scrumptious, varied, open buffet as well as warm food.

Very clean and modern. Quiet. Excellent staff. Quick transport to airport.

Isolated if you are looking for evening entertainment and restaurants or shopping.

Quick check in. Overnight stay before flight, so pretty wound up. Few beers promptly served and a good sleep. Fabulous shower to set up the day.

Very comfy beds. Dinner at the Italian Kitchen was excellent. The female bus driver this morning was also extremely helpful.

Convenient to the airport

This is somewhere you drive to or take the airport shuttle to so nothing else of note in the neighbourhood.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were adequate size.

Paying for parking and then driving around for 10-15mins trying to find a parking spot is unacceptable. The overflow carpark is basically an open field next to a halting site with a grass bank for protection - ludicrous after paying for parking to leave your car exposed. Rooms could do with a fridge.

The location was very handy for our early morning flight. The hotel itself is warm, welcoming and nicely decorated without being ostentatious. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The room was incredibly spacious with a nice size bathroom. Everything was neat and clean.

The beds were incredibly hard to sleep on. And the hallways were a little noisy with people running around at all hours. But that's more a reflection on them than the hotel.

We only had snacks and a drink. Nice atmosphere with a great vibe in lobby.

Loved everything except two thing

Paying for parking after i had spec searched for free parking inc. tbf the receptionist was lovely and reduced the parking fee. We were meeting fam from usa who were coming into Dub airport from Portugal and a short stopover home to USA. I phoned recptn to ask if the bar was open and was told yes it was. Our family im got a taxi from Dub airport to the Clayton so we could join them one ladt time for a drink but when they arrived with all their luggage the bar was closed. They were not at all happy after i had told them it was open. They could have stayed in the airport and we could have met them there. It was extremely embarrassing. The barman sd the recptn should not have told us the bar was open. Tnh it made our meeting quite uncomfortable.

All excellent but the dining room was cold and the waitress was not friendly. The pizza was excellent.

Room was top class bed's very comfortable the room was nice and airy whe we arrived and very quiet we had a very restful night staff were so very helpful thanks to all the wonderful staf kind regards Mary Roche 😄

Everything was excellent fro the moment we arrived no stress at all we arrived late at night and reception guy was very helpful 😁

Car parking for our ongoing travels was handy

I had preordered a cot for my toddler which wasn't in the room when we arrived. I tried phoning reception numerous times but had no answer so I had to visit reception with my children to ask when the cot was to be brought to the room. They said it would be sent up as soon as possible. About half an hour later and more unanswered phone calls, my friend who was staying in another room went to reception to ask about the cot and was told it was coming. Another half hour passed and I had to return to reception to chase up the cot (our third visit). The reception staff said it was on its way. By this stage, my toddler and my 5 year old were over an hour past her bed time hour past their bed time and had a flight the next morning to deal with. Another half hour passed and I returned to reception AGAIN after more unanswered phone calls to them. The receptionist laughed asking 'has the cot still not arrived?' I was disgusted with her. I said 'I wouldn't be here AGAIN if the cot was there, and that the children would be in their beds, but instead I am here for the 4th time to ask for something that should have been in the room for our arrival. Now I have overtired children which makes my stay very disrupted too and my flight tomorrow another challenge to face that it shouldn't have been' She asked me to head to the room as the cot was on its way. I told her I wasn't leaving until I saw the cot either heading across the landing towards my room, or right in front of me. I told her I needed that cot now and I wasn't going anywhere until I had it. I was irate and all she could do was smile and say sorry. This was not enough. This did not make my stay any more easy. Eventually the cot arrived at 10.30pm, almost 3 hours since we went to the room. As my children were overtired at this stage, it was very difficult to settle them to sleep, not to mention struggling to sleep myself over feeling so stressed about the situation.

Location was great. When returning the car to the airport the shuttle driver went out of his way to make sure we knew where hiwcto get to the return area. We. Then took the shuttle back to the hotel. Took shuttle to airport to get to dublin. The receptionist made sure we had the correct euro coins for bus. Room was c lean and comfortable Food was good and we took drinks to the room one night. They had luggage carts near the shuttle

I felt we should have been able to get a Bed and breakfast all inclusive rate.
