I lost a big bag of cosmetics. I tied the bag and put it on the tub shelf. The cleaner lied that the bag was next to the trash can. The supervisor only took three bars of soap as compensation, but I didn't ask for it. So cheap soap is of no use to me. I lost hundreds of euros. They kept quibbling that my bag was next to the trash can. But I'm pretty sure my makeup bag is on the shelf. I am very disappointed in IHG. Later, IHG said through booking that it would compensate me for the loss. I said that I lost cosmetics worth 200 pounds. They wrote back and said my item was not in the lost and found. What are you doing? Where did the cleaner take my things, how could she put them in the lost and found office! If you don't want compensation, don't say you want compensation, and play stupid after telling the amount. IHG let me down.
