Nice central location. Room was awesome with a very comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was spot on.

Great location. Within walking distance of just about everything. This is our second stay and would certainly stay again.
Steps into hotel with heavy suitcase. No ramp.

Location and all staff but one were wonderfully friendly and helpful.
Cramped room. Lack of storage space. Only one chair or seat. Temperature in room difficult to adjust (too cold or too stuffy).

The staff were amazing . They genuinely cared about you and your happy stay . Whatever I asked they were there to help and solve any issues . Our room was like a mini apartment.
Property had a shabby exterior and our room although it was beautiful was on level one so you looked straight into double decker buses .

I had stayed there when it was the MontCLare the last time being July 2016.Tha renovation and transformation is excellent.
The young staff from many different countries extremely friendly and helpful.
The positioning of the security safes at eye level is a plus. Too many hotels have them close to the floor which renders them unusable
The weather but that cannot be blamed on Hotel.
I wish hotel had sky sports on TVS in room; on a very rainy weekend that would have been good

Incredibly convenient place, just some minutes walk to all the central locations. Friendly and professional staff. Tasty breakfast. Super clean room. Gorgeous view from the window.

Nice hotel, centrally located, room was lovely and comfortable - hot chocolates were a nice touch! Breakfast was very nice - we only ate their one morning, but there was a good choice and it was reasonably priced if booked in advance. Gym was nice and big, and there was also a bar which was nice if you fancied a drink at the end of the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful and the checkin/out process was smooth and easy.

Wonderful hotel with a warm and friendly welcome.
Staff were super pleasant and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
We loved the location as well and found it great for easy reach of the city centre.

Great location. Central to all amenities. 10 minute walk to Grafton Street. Absolutely brilliant staff. Everyone going the extra mile to be helpful. Really makes a difference and will stay here again.

Great location and staff. Steven Morrissey and everyone else were great during my stay. Perfect location in a modern, recently renovated property.
I had to pay everything up front, nearly 2 weeks before arrival. Very pricey and no recourse if my plans had changed.

The bed was wonderful! Missing washcloths in bathroom if you use. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff wonderfully friendly and attentive. Lovely place. Easy car park.
