The attention and comfort of the hotel, especially the attention that Antonio, an employee of the bar-restaurant, gave us was excellent. Thanks very much.

The food was excellent. This was amongst the best food I have had at a conference hotel. I loved the variety at the breakfast buffet.
Check in times in Europe leave a lot to be desired. I cannot control what time I arrive at a hotel when travelling from afar.

Very nice room. Hotel has an interesting design with huge patio.
The light i the entrance couldn't be switched off (no switch). So, either pitch-dark or entrance light all of the time. Went to the reception without information about what I could do. Same wit water cooker that didn't work because base and pitcher didn't fit together.

The view from my room on the fjord was nice and the staff were friendly. The room is spacious compared to other hotels I tried in Oslo before.
It's a bit pricey.

Breakfast was good , plenty of choice buffet style . The rooms were ok very clean , bathroom needs to be updated a bit and the aircon was not very fierce in the room.
i did not like the corridor to the rooms , the doors had massive big numbers on them it felt like a prison

THE BREAKFAST WASNT FRESH . THE FRUITS WAS CUT IN SLICES DAYS AGO ! THE OMELETE WAS GOLD , THE COFFEE MACHINE DIDNT WORK WELL ! I TOLD TO THE RECEPTION TO CHANGE THE SHEETS.THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY DAY. THEY JUST CHANGE THE TOWELS AND MAKE THE BEDS. I WAS STAYING BEFORE IN THAT HOTEL AND IT WAS FAIR FOR THE MONEY I GAVE , NOW I THINK I WASTE MY MONEY .

It was a nice Stay, the staff was really nice! the location is good. The bedroom was really nice too, well equiped. And the breakfast was great!
The bathroom had some things broken (door). One day I allowed the staff to clean the room, but it wasn't good. Still felt the floor dirty, the toilet paper was wet, and they took dirty towels but didn't put new ones.
