Very friendly and helpful staff, and very close walk to everything.

The restaurant was unfortunately closed for both nights that I was there.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms. Suitable for groups and families. Onsite restaurant, heated pool and parking ensures a comfortable stay. Very family friendly.

Great location just walking distance from the main town center, many restaurants nearby, grocery too. Amenities were great, our room feels like home away from home, it has everything we need and huge in size too. Pool and SPA were fantastic.

When we were there there was a huge typhoon and the whole town had a blackout. Since the doors were electronic, some people couldn’t go in the building stuck outside due to their cards not working or the door sensor weren’t working. Lift wasn’t working too and the 2 buildings somehow weren’t connected so to get in from outside we had to go out again under the strong rain into the storm then run to the other door. Was dangerous and so inconvenient for us. No emergency light in the room and no generator. their restaurant stopped serving food due to the blackout too so we weren’t able to have dinner that night since we couldn’t move around with the typhoon. Staff not even apologetic that we can no longer have dinner. So we slept in the dark on empty stomach. Not a good experience. Please provide emergency light for each apartment

Staff very accommodating. As I was handicapped the room was very close to elevator . Lovely and quiet .

The bed was to hard . Windows we’re jammed , they need spraying with WDForty .

The bed is average. The washer is noisy. The sound of the adjacent room can be heard upon opening and closing. The cleaning lady came early than the actual check out time
