Too much one way roads round the hotel leading to circling into hotel many times to look for the car park entrance. Hotel elevator not central to the rooms which makes u walk a long distance if your room is on the other end. Hotel elevator needs you to use the room key before you select floors. Sometimes keys are fiddly.

10th November I booked a room and checked in around 430pm. They have given me a room without bed light and it is difficult to read any academic notes. I asked the receptionist that evening and he promised me to change the room and asked to wait. After 5 minutes one of the hotel staffers came and informed me the hotel is fully booked and no way to do anything. He threatened me to be polite when asked about the bed light. He told me it is the weekend and no one to attend. He asked me whether you would cancel the room or go away. I was frustrated due to his unprofessional behaviour and he spoke to me very rudely in front of my wife. Finally I was too late to go anywhere and stayed in that room. After half an hour the same staffer came and changed my room to another floor. I was treated by that staffer in a very rude way and I show he is working in the Bar in front of the receptionist. He is the one with a tattoo and rings on the ears. Unfortunately I suffered due to my poolish selection of Ibis Northampton.

The beds were so uncomfortable even with the mattress topper on worst bed I’ve ever slept on

The hotel location, staff and room was very accommodating. Everthing about the hotel was great and the parking being directly out the back through the door was wonderful also.

I did find it interesting that the windows could open fully from the 4th floor.

The room was fine. Clean and comfortable and as expected for the money. Location good for central Northampton

- arrangements for parking vague - breakfast poor - my friends room had a loud vibrating noise - couldn’t get a pizza from the kitchen because the server had a dairy intolerance

Not much to dislike. I suppose you get what you pay for. Maybe have additional apps like YouTube as part of your TV entertainment

Nice big room in a good location. Parking, restaurants and railway station within a couple minutes walk.

Poor water pressure in shower, had to move around under it to get wet.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. Most of the staff were very nice.

The receptionist. She was so rude. When I open the window, it smells like a toilet. The smell was unbearable. The hotel room doesn't have air conditioning. That's the reason for opening the windows.

Clean . Very good located for a short stay in the city. Next to train and bus stations

The room was big & comfy the bed was great I slept really well.

The only thing we didn't like was that your rooms had no Air conditioning. But you did give us a fan.
