An excellent location, far enough from the cbd but easy access to the city by tram. A quality hotel that was just right for me for this trip. The dining meals were very good and the service by the staff I could not fault.

I think the dining area could improved seating was a bit close and tight. and the bench setting was a little low for eating. Had some trouble communicating with some of the staff.

Spa bath and hot water was great. Desk and chair were handy. Balcony may suit being enclosed. Handy location to river and Richmond. Nice walks in the area. Easy Uber to a lot of places. Restaurant food for dinner was delicious and the drink from the bar was tasty and the right level of strength.

New gym was handy, but ok with some hybrid machines a little difficult to work out. Neighbouring room balcony had nosy people rudely looking back at into my room so curtains drawn most times making room darker. Bed was too soft for me. I had to do back exercises in the morning to counter the softness.

As always, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows are a dream. My room was excellent, the food was wonderful the staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I disliked was how hot my room was, I left the air conditioner on high on the lowest setting possible but it still wasn't cold enough to cool my room.
