Trist vi skulle bruge de første mange timer på om ventilatoren virkede, den larmede helt vildt og værelset var utroligt koldt. Efter flere timer fik vi et værelse hvor der var roligt og varmt. I restauranten trak det utroligt meget, og hele selskabet sad og små frøs.

What a lovely hotel, the staff were all superb, very friendly and polite. The food was really good for breakfast and for the dinner menu. I love the hotel’s green ethos which included recycling bins in our room. Ideally placed for railway station and town and only 10 mins by train or tram to Gothenburg.

No tea,/ coffee making facilities in room. We had to ask reception for a kettle. We did this late in the evening. They gave us a kettle and cups,. Struggled to find tea & coffee..but no milk or creamer.. A 4 star hotel should have these available in the room

I liked the location (walkable distance to Astra Zeneca and next to a shopping center with restaurants and shops), breakfast and facilities. Personnel were very nice as well.

They don't clean the room unless you ask for, even though I was there for 4 nights... I would have appreciated cleaning the bathroom every other day

Breakfast was always very good! Position of the hotel is good.

Missing safebox and refrigerator in the room.
