La cortesia del titolare. L'attenzione al cliente. La posizione dell'hotel: ideale per un weekend tranquillo e allo stesso tempo vicinissima ai comfort della città.

Inizialmente abbiamo avuto un problema con la pulizia, che è stato prontamente risolto non appena l'ho comunicato.

Mi è piaciuto il silenzio della posizione del hotel, il staff molto accogliente il proprietario e la sua signora ti fanno sentire come a casa tua 🤩🤩 Il parcheggio coperto e molto ampio molto bello 🤩🤩 Una organizzazione impeccabile complimenti 💯👏💐 Ritorneremo di sicuro io con la mia principessa a visitare il lago di Garda ora siamo state solo per divertimento a Gardaland 🎢 🎡 🎇 Sicuramente verrò nei weekend con il gruppo di bikers 🏍️ di Cuneo e di Firenze 🏍️

Non mi è piaciuto la stanza un po' piccola, ma noi l'abbiamo usata solo per dormire e farci le docce 🤩🤩 Di estate va benissimo di inverno non saprei come è ma solo con l'aria condizionata che fa anche aria calda abbiamo chiesto di alzare la temperatura e sono stati molto cordiali ci hanno dato il telecomando e il problema è stato risolto 🤗🤩 Che non mi è piaciuto che la gente prendeva tanto cibo e li lasciavano nel piatto 😭😭 C'è gente che non ha cosa mangiare 😭😭IL CIBO NON SI SPRECA 😭😭 IO NON MI SONO PERMESSO DI DIRE NULLA AI PROPRIETARI MA SPERIAMO CHE AL PIÙ PRESTÒ METTERANNO UN CARTELLO SE LASCIAMO IL CIBO NEL PIATTO SI PAGA EXTRA IO FAREI COSÌ 🤩🤩

We stayed there with our children for 3 nights and where very satisfied..... Quiet location, clean, good breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff.

The pool was great and there was more than enough space for parking, which makes it really convenient for guests.

The shower cubicle was a little bit too narrow and the shower handle was faulty, so you can’t adjust the height of the shower head.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast ist greta. Special compliments to Mrs. Jessica from Reception, she was very kind and helpfull.

Host are great, always smiling, rooms clean. Food - we eat twice from the restaurant that is with the hotel and it was one of the best pasta that we have even eaten

The breakfast selection was just enough to have a good breakfast, and the lady at reception was attentive. Upon arrival it was a bit hard to find the entrance for cars as we arrived in the night, it is marked as the pizzeria entrance. The rooms are a bit outdated but things worked properly.

We liked the helpful and friendly staff, great location.

The breakfast was cold even though we were there at 8.10 and the breakfast starts at 8.00.

Location, food and very friendly atmosphere. Jessica @ the reception was very helpful.

Only thing I could mention was the shower, me being a medium to large person found it very hard to move around and had no chance of bending either way to get to my legs hahaha.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful! We had to leave the hotel early morning and the hotel's stuff prepared a breakfast to take away for us. The room was clean and the pool looked nice.

A shower cabinet was hard to use. Location - about 12 min by car to the main Garda's attractions .

The dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the soap smelled very nice. The staff helped us to find a safe place for our bicycles. The breakfast also was really good. Lots of options to choose from.

Amazing and helpful staff, the girl on the reception went out of her way to help us find local places and drew everything on the map. Rooms were clean and comfortable, price for value is okay as well.

We couldn't turn on the AC so it was a little cold but that didn't affect our stay as we were barely in the room.

The breakfast and the service was excellent. Many thanks to Jessica who helped us organise the daily program from scratch. We saved a lot of time and gasoline because of her. IF U HAVE KIDS JUST GO. And don't forget to taste the spectacular recipes of the restaurant inside the hotel.

Maybe 15% lowest price would have been perfect. But its OK. We had a good time
