All was good

We had a superior twin room with view onto the harbour. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff was really nice and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was phenomenal. Seldom have I seen such a variety of choice (even for allergicans). I was literally blown away. The lobby and communal area is modern, comfortable and even equipped with working spaces. The room offers free coffee and tea facilities.

twin beds are narrow with soft mattresses; parking is just around the corner but difficult to unload the suitcases if you want to avoid climbing stairs with luggage. (you are actually not allowed to stop on the street and there is a police station next to it)

Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Good generous-sized room with great view.

Decor is a little bit dated (but very clean!). A paint touch up on the door jams and doors would really refresh the rooms.

Good location, with parking closeby. Excellent breakfast selection - wide selection for celiac as well as non-celiac.

A large convention during our stay - very noisy and no true quiet spaces to relax in. The elevators were slow. It was awkward bring luggage to and from the allocated parking area.

Comfortable beds, really good breakfast, good sized rooms, well equipped.

The room on the ninth floor and was ridiculously warm.

We are overbooked and thema first they tried Thathat we must pay again. Next day they Told me to pay again and that we hotel refund from the otter party . Very strange Answering e-mails NO Electricity was very bad, and very dangerous for childeren

The way the booking was handled could be improved from specific angles. overbookings can happen, but the way this was communicated only a day in advance doesn’t deserve a positive mention. arriving at the room that was booked for three people and only bedlinnen for two persons, towels only for two wasn’t especially helpful either. so some room for improvement on your side.

Staff were amazingly helpful and very friendly. Second to none breakfast. Best in Norway. Fantastic Choice.

Since COVID, the restaurant is only open for breakfast. No lunch and no dinner available.
