The room was quite nice!

The bar staff, the food! The fact that the walls were so thin that you can hear your neighbours!

The food was good, great location, and the staff were excellent.

The hotel would benefit from a minor facelift.

The lobby bar and reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was immaculate and maids were working consistently to keep it this way including the grounds the food was varied and tasty especially the soup lots to choose from and plenty to drink and good coffee or tea, Our family moved to this hotel mid way through our holiday as the previous accommodation came up way short of the advertised , the hotel was very family friendly and felt like a holiday with children should :)

The location was a little hard to find on foot at least the first time anyway it’s kind of tucked away a bit but that’s not a bad thing, The balcony’s especially the end rooms could be made a little safer for toddlers as the gap at the end is wide enough for a small child to step through :/ We went slightly after the main season so we missed the entertainment and theme nights in the restaurant but I’m sure they would have been amazing fun to attend, the restaurant staff seemed a little tired by this time of the season and it felt like we were the only British guests there at this point but in general this was to be expected by this time of the year (customer service isn’t everyone’s strong point) I must say though the lobby bar, reception staff and pool bar staff were friendly and attentive to all needs

No room cleaning while staying at the hotel. They clean rooms only after leaving.

The staff are really friendly here Marti the reception guy, Marti and sunny the pool bar staff and Svetoslav the lobby bar tender all really lovely and friendly Also Ed’s too They made our holiday really nice

I liked the big family room but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars I would say.

Some food products were clearly cheap and not tasty, especially those with processed meat. The parking is too small and cars were parked unorderly, our car was blocked for 2 hours before we could take it out of the parking lot.

It is ok, a 3 star probably hotel!
