The hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent—very efficient and quick with their service. The pool and overall facilities were great, and I appreciated how well-organized the staff and processes were. They offered a wide range of on-site services, which, though we didn’t use most of them, was a nice touch. I also really appreciated their courtesy in holding our luggage after we checked out. The check-out process itself was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
The only aspect we didn’t like was the location, as it was accessible through narrow roads. However, from what I observed, this seems to be the case with most hotels in Kuta. Apart from that, there weren’t any other negatives to mention.

There were minor maintenance issues with our rooms but these were promptly dealt with by staff

Great location, great food (outstanding breakfasts), great service !!! You can really enjoy your holiday at this place...Everybody so nice and helpful to you that you would like to stay there forever not just for 2 weeks :))) Definitely I will come back there :-))
Wi-Fi bit slow during afternoon hours but is understandable regarding amount of people this hotel can accommodate at the same time. However this is the one thing which should be improved in my opinion

We have been there many times before. Even after a long time several of the stuff remembered us and were very accomodating. We go back there because of the modest cost and good facilities. We think it is a very good budget styled hotel.

We had a large group for Christmas and New Year there. The staff were amazing from the day i booked us in back in april to xmas day. The communication was amazing 😍 they are very accommodating, always asking if we needed anything else. The food was delicious. Entertainment was great and loved the staff joining in for a dance or two. The rooms were clean, and having 2 rooms near the pool was awesome. Located near poppies 2. Easy to get around. Very quiet location. They made our stay very comfortable.
The beds are a bit hard for me. But I'm a bit spoilt and sleep in a bendy bed 😂

property was well situated in a quiet street in Kuta. Rooms were a great size for a family and the pool and pool bar were good not too busy. staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

Lovely small pool area in beautiful garden. Large family room, comfortable enough beds.
Close to the beach as the crows fly, but quite a long walk on backyard streets to actually get there. On the other hand, the beach is terrible with huge piles of plastic waste and more plastic in the sea. I will never go to Kuta Beach/Denpasar again. But no blame on the hotel - it is a political descision to clean up the beaches (and all humans to stop throwing plastic in the ocean).

safe and quiet. friendly staff. made my sons 18th birthday lunch a memorable one.
property was fantastic. we had to leave early to return to Australia 3 days sooner than planned due to a flight change. booking.com contact was difficult and said liaise with property. property unable to make changes. Read cancelation policy on booking.com thoroughly or better still book direct. Can’t wait to return and have stayed at this hotel many times since 2002. Terima kasih Adi Dharma.
