Good breakfast, but the staff were not happy for us to sit outside and made it unnecessarily awkward, also the top up on items was slow.
The room cleaners were excellent
Paper cups in the room, poor top up of drink bags, water cans not replaced daily, very small bathroom, worn out balcony chairs snagged my partners dress and it took 2 requests to have them changed. The hotel looked tired and there was no sign of attention to detail

The location was perfect, room was lovely, staff were great.
The on site parking was difficult, tbf they was having work done in the underground parking area.
The lift wasn’t available and stairways were shut? It was a nightmare to find your way out!

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars. It is a good option to enjoy the beach and the sea with the family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Good central location and had a pool and parking
Not clean, hairs and stains on sheets , rubbish lying around in hallways , mould in swimming pool , car park was horrendous .

One of the ladders into the outdoor pool was wobbly and needs attention. Bedrooms need refurbishment. Bathroom too small. Insufficient storage in room. No bathrobes. Should’ve been china cups in room. Tea/coffee whitener was inedible. Hairdryer was attached to drawer and you had to keep your finger on the button while using it.

clean and staff was friendly
sink drain was slow and dirty in bathroom. one of the complementary bottles of water in the room was already open and partially consumed when we arrived. internet kept timing out and was not available for the duration of our stay. breakfast was pricey for what was offered…nothing made to order and no real coffee

Staff was pleasant and accomodating to requests
There was a shocking smell in our room, when I alerted the staff they were very quick to attend to it, however it kept coming back. They staff were very apologetic and I received a very minor discount on the final day

Location was excellent, pool was good and our room was perfect for what we needed.
Car park is horrendous, lift does not work either. The hotel should really warn guests about this in advance. We would not park there again.
Dogs allowed in hotel but not in the restaurant or pool which was extremely disappointing as we had to split as a family which was the point of our stay. No poolside service and pool area was pretty dirty by the end of the day. No late night residence bar.

Big, comfortable rooms with a sizeable balcony. Reception staff were great and accommodating. Good location, a few mins walk to the public beach, large supermarket very close and so too are lots of restaurants
The hotel is pretty tired, and to justify the price it feels like it needs to be renovated. Swam in the pool one evening, no pool towels available and the area around the pool was a total mess - towels, drinks and rubbish everywhere. After that I just swam at the public beach as it was so amazing.
