Schönes Stadthaus - Gut gelegen um die lokalen, sowie die Strände der Nachbarorte, Restaurants usw. zu besuchen - Einladender Außenbereich mit großem Pool, Grillstelle (sowie Gasgrill), Toilettenraum mit Kühlschrank - Einfache und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Tage gekommen (was aber auch einen gewissen Charme hat) - Leider wurde die Küche nicht gründlich gereinigt (Schränke und Schubladen) - Die Sanitäranlagen erfüllen Ihren Zweck, würden aber durch ein paar Neuerungen besser wirken.

The location was excellent - a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Juan and nightlife. The pool and outdoors area was beautiful and much more spacious than the images show. We spent most our time outdoors and it is lovely and peaceful. The lady who met us at the villa was lovely and helpful and responsive on whatsap.

The decor is very outdated and looks a little dirty in some places - the toilet facilities smelt fairly bad and the beds/ pillows were really not comfortable in 2/4 rooms. There were a lot of mosquitos which is to be expected. We didn’t have all the essentials provided like enough toilet paper, kitchen roll etc.

wonderful villa with big pool at walking distance from the beach. Easy and professional check in and check out. Easy communication with owners.

Location is great, very authentic 30 years old villa well located 10 min walk from beach and restaurants. Garden and pool were very confortable, villa is well equipped, good wifi and many TV channel options. Owner was very helpful to answer my questions before arrival, and agent who handled our check-in/out was amazing, thanks Stephanie. We will come back.

Only cons were some construction work done by neighbors and mosquitoes visiting garden starting 6 PM :-)

A bit more mosquitos than expected, even in the morning

My family and I spent a very relaxing week in beautiful sunshine. The villa and gardens are very private and the pool is lovely. The location is great with local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful villa in quiet area. Great facilities. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, pool, table tennis. Very private garden. Spacious and very clean and nice decor. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly caretaker who attempted to fix issues very quickly.

The pool was unusable for 3-4 days of our one week stay which was unfortunate and meant that we went out rather than stay by the pool. It was green and cloudy. The caretaker was great and organised a pool person but they delayed coming and then did not fix the issue for several days. A minor issue is that the air con did not work well in the 2 downstairs bedrooms which were hot and stuffy overnight. Again the caretaker responded quickly and filters were changed but this did not fix the issue. The upstairs bedrooms and other downstairs rooms were all fine.
