No appropriate parking space beside the hotel for big camion

The breakfast was good

The door of the shower box was not closed well thus the water goes out and I asked them to fix it but nothing has been done although I stayed for 4 days

Spacious room, with confortable beds and a nice bathroom. The stuff is very kind and available.

Fantastic receptionist. Very friendly and helpful even on late arrival during night.

I am a person that love quite places and coffee: this hotel offered me both- silence and free coffee. The room was very clean (every day cleaning services), bathroom was extremelly clean (that I like a lot). Also, you can find local beer (5€/bottle) and food. The tram station is near by (1min walking) and was very good for my stay.

I would have appreciated more proteins as an option with the breakfast.

Not much.

We requested a quiet room ( away from street traffic ) with twin beds.It took 20 minutes to the front desk employe to find a room with twin beds....Room was facing main street and the noise level was ridiculous ( cars + drunks yelling until 1 am....Also one curtain was closing only half way,so we were awake at sunrise shortly after 6.00 am.....

Friendly and helpful staff. Good beds and good breakfast. Wifi worked well. There's a large free parking area just two blocks away, which is very handy.

The hotel is a bit further from the centre than imagined, which is mainly because there is a great difference in height betwee the centre (especially the port area) and the hotel. Luckily there's a tram which stops almost at the hotel. ;-) Although the breakfast area was nice, it is a bit too small. There are less tables due to covid of course, but even with full capacity, it is probabely not big enough.

Hotel building is more modern than the rest of the buildings in the area. Staff is friendly. Room rate is good.

Not the nicest neigborhood. Far from downtown / port. Very hot in the room in the night (no air-conditioning). So loud outside that could not keep windows open to cool down. Ants in the room.
