The room was a lot smaller than expected. It was obviously previously a smoking room and there were cigarette burns in many places and it smelt of stale smoke.

really enjoyed the stay , was much better than expected

bathroom could be bigger but still we are very satisfied

Comfortable bed

Heater not working. Couldn't get into room without staff having to open it. Breakfast very poor. But staff very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent value for money in a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Basic facilities, but comfy bed and a clean private toilet / bathroom

The place is disgusting and should not be on booking .com I didn't stay there and had to find some where else to stay there was no facilities it was filthy and I be looking for a refund wouldn't let a dog stay there

One of the oldest Premiere classe buildings we have stayed so far. Only one electric unit. Very small room, no towels. Even the tv didn’t work.

It was a bed for the nightIt was cheap I had read the reviews and new what to expect.

It was difficult to find the entrance in the dark and once we did the gate was locked this was at at 8.30pm. You get given the code for the gate when you check in, do you see where I am going with this.luckily for us another guest had ordered a take away which was being delivered so we managed to get in and duly checked in only to find the room we had been given had not been cleaned and when we went back to the reception the curtains were on and the door locked (again before 9.)we knocked and were roundly told off by the receptionist for knocking to loudly I feel a bit of attitude training would not go amiss. I could go on but frankly cba you get the gist.

I could not have breakfast because I suffer from allergies

Air con stop working. TV does not work. Soap dispenser empty. Noise from nearby quest. Bathroom towels s very small size and no face towel. Most filthy room as always in this chain of hotels.

Desk staff lovely. Room warm and clean. Beds comfy.

Only two towels for three of us! Third bed not suitable for 14yr old as too short in length.

No heating……tried two rooms but neither heating worked! Spent a cold night fully clothed to try and keep warm…didn’t sleep well at all! Bedding had holes burnt into it! Stayed here a week later and totally different as clean and warm and great. Consistency needed here I think.

Not easy to get to even sat nav got it wrong. Shower waste was totally blocked and flooded whole room. WiFi didn't work at all. And staff was not interested in sorting out the problem. By far the worst Premiere Class hotel that we have ever stayed in. Calais one was bad enough but this one takes the biscuit!!!
